“Went there right before closing. There were 2 employees. One did the cooking. She carefully cooked it on the grill to perfection and then neatly placed it on the bun. The other was the cashier, both were super nice. The cheesesteaks tasted amazing with plenty of beef and toppings.“

“I hadn't been inside till just last Tuesday it was very clean and open I thought it was a sweet touch they had real flowers at each table shows they care about appreance. I will say they were that busy our food was out in about 3ish minutes we met some friends there and they came in a little after us and then they had a bit more people and their order was incorrect and missing items. No biggie we just had to ask for the missing items. However if it was drive thru we would have known till after leaving. So maybe they got flustered under the wave that came in.“

“I had lunch here today about 1 pm and while I had no problem ordering and picking up my order, an elderly man using a cane ordered, took seat and when his name was called he went up to pick up his order on the west side of the counter. The woman giving out orders yelled "sir come to the pick up sign." He said it is difficult to walk can I pick it up here. She very rudely replied NO. Fortunately, a good samaritan in the pick up line got the order and took it took the gentleman. I know you have new practices but this was just rude and I have never experienced this before and it was obvious several other guests were shocked also. I will go back to chick Fill A but I think Truet Cathy would not appreciate this kins of service“

“I had heard from friends of mine that live in the area that Whataburger was the best place for burgers-for a chain fast food restaurant. I have to say I was blown away. They have some of the best burgers and now that I have lived in FL for 5 years now, they are still the best burgers and chicken sandwiches are awesome too:)“

“Chick-fil-A, Please *NEVER* take your grilled chicken wrap off of the menu. It is SO GOOD. I've had one 4 days in a row now, 😂 and it's become the only healthy option for me. Now the price is LOFTY, so... I shall take a break this weekend. I've been unwell for a long time since we (whole fam) caught COVID in mid-August. We don't have it now, just can't crush the lingering symptoms. With that said, the crunch from the dark greens & taste of your grilled chicken and the wrap itself? It's perfection. I don't even use 1/5 of the Garden Ranch dressing. Just a little bit because it's already amazing. If prices get too high to keep it on the menu, maybe make it only 1 pack of dressing per wrap, as 2 is way too much. I have a few packs of it in my refrigerator. I just wanted to give credit where it is due, as complaining seems to dominate these days. Also, the DAY CREW Stanford Station Chick-fil-A in Panama City, Florida is great! Please do not lose the wonderful lady who is always so kind to me & my daughter. She is the epitome of the best. We were there after school today, so i think it was some time between 2:30-3:30. My daughter is 10, and she sees and hears people being mean often, but she even said, "I love that lady. She's so nice." That speaks volumes. Keep up the excellent customer service & please do not make the wrap disappear on me. Thank you so much!“

“You can probably get a good burrito/bowl from other places as well; but what sets this place apart from everywhere else is the customer service! On Monday, I went in and for the first time and the 3 people working the counter (guessing college aged) were all phenomenal! In particular; Michael was exceptionally great. Something as simple as asking “how is your day going so far” with a smile and “yes sir” went a long way for me. In a world where customer service is hard to find and not even expected anymore; this was a nice change. I could go anywhere but I’ll definitely be returning here. A new Favorite in Panama City for sure!“

“We drove all the way to this location from callaway, because the Taco Bell on Tyndall pkwy sucks SO bad, and we heard the one on 23rd st was the best in town. It was really good! The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even take your order at the counter if you don’t want to use the kiosk!! the one on Tyndall refuses. Definitely worth the drive to get our fix“

“1-8-26: way faster and better than McD. Staff were on it this morning. Even the lady working the window spotted my drink looking wrong; she asked me to double check it and it was off on carbonation. She knows how to do service right! Kudos to this morning at T-bell!“

“The food was really good. We asked for extra seasoning on the bread sticks and for them to be well done and they were perfect! The only drawback was our meal was $30 and all we ordered was a large supreme pizza and large order of bread sticks. There was a special, i saw after I ordered, 1 large 3 topping pizza for $10! It would have been nice for the employee to inform me of the special considering the price difference. But I guess they want to make money lol...“

“Went through drive thru at Captain D's on 23rd st. In the evening, ordered (3) 2 piece fish dinners (2) with okra and slaw, (1) with green beans and slaw, then (1) 4 piece fish dinner with corn and slaw. We asked for an additional side of okra (not in the bag) it was on the receipt. Tried to call the phone number 3 times, no answer. Was not about to drive back. We were exaused from traveling. Otherwise fast service, customer service was great. Just need to answer your phones. We are on vacation, drove all the way from manawa, wisconsin. Maybe they will be nice enough and get us a free desert. We will see.“

“Born and raised in Springfield and I have not been in this Burger King Since I moved to Callaway, we do not go to Callaway. Burger King. There is staff there that is very rude. Me and my daughter came here today in Springfield. Wow it looks beautiful in here. You guys have done a great job, but not only that your staff is amazing. They were so sweet to my daughter and answered all her little questions. The food was all fresh and hot the fries were even good. I don’t usually even like the fries here I was really impressed with how good the upgrades are to the restaurant and the upgrade to the staff is. “Decided to stop here for breakfast for the first time in a long time, the sandwich was warm, I asked for steak egg and cheese with green peppers and Chipotle. For some reason the Chipotle tasted spicy and sour? I don't recall it ever being spicy before, so it threw me off a bit, but overall it was filling.“

“I had such a great experience at Subway! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. They were patient while I decided what I wanted and made sure my order was exactly how I liked it.

“There is not a Popeye's near my home, so when I am in Panama City around lunch or dinner time, I often stop for some chicken. The service on my visit today was impeccable. The manager was at the counter and running an efficient operation. The food was piping hot and delicious. Love that chicken from Popeye's!“
