“Umatilla location is GREAT! I order here about 1-2x per month thru app. Subs are always fresh, ready on time. Very small location inside Circle K but employees always working hard. I ended up here after no service in Eustis at Woodland Center and I left. So glad I went to Umatilla, great ladies who are always efficient and helpful.“

“Ever since this restaurant opened many years ago, this STILL remains my favorite place to come. The food is outstanding! Not once have I been disappointed the slightest when ordering any food here. “Great selection of fresh made subs (and other food) at reasonable pricesVegetarian options: They have a "garden sub" on the menu which comes with veggies & cheese, mayo and or oil & vinegar. You can "tweek" your order to make it as vegetarian as you want.Dietary restrictions: You can't make a sub "health food" but I an "tweek my order" to work for my sodium restricted diet, which satisfies my craving for a sub!Parking: It's a small place, the majority of their business is take out, but they do have "dine in" also. The lot seems adequate for their business.“

“Chandra was very good at totaly customizing my Veggie Patty subVegetarian options: I had a custom-made veggie patty foot long sub, toasted, with onions. Then, Chipotle sauce on one half & Aoli Garlic on the other. ALL the veggies & black olives. It was FAT & Delicious! Chandra was upbeat, friendly & made suggestions during the whole process“
