The owner, Amir & Mariam, was graciously handing out free samples right outside his restaurant, and it wasn’t long before we were captivated by the irresistible flavors and aromas wafting from the kitchen. His warm and professional demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable.

After sampling the deliciousness, we both decided to order the classic combo, which featured the chicken teriyaki sandwich as the star attraction. The sandwich was piled high with tender, flavorful chicken, melted cheese, and a colorful mix of fresh ingredients, including crisp onions, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy lettuce. To top it off, a special sauce added the perfect finishing touch, bringing out the chicken's savory taste.

“****HELP THESE FINE WORKERS!!! It’s Wednesday, August 27 2025 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I visited the subway in Eustis. The air conditioning was broke down. It was 90° on their thermostat. I chose to eat in anyway and that was fine. Service was great and friendly, especially under the very hot circumstances! I STORONGLY ENCOURAGE THE OWNER TO DO SOMETHING EXTRA MONEY OR TIME OFF WITH PAY!!! These two ladies work through the heat they were sweating. They held up the sales and the lunch rush without missing a beat in the extreme heat! Please do the right thing! Our community trust that you will do that for these fine workers!“
