I had the Cilantro light green rice 🍚 which I never had before, It was so tasty 😋 and the waiter named Javier was very friendly and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything, n asking, is all good... Our lunch price was $45, only because we just landed 🛩 from a 5 hr flight n we were hungry.. We did order appetizers on the side. Cilantrillo Bacalaito and Empanadas 🥟 are delicious. “Papa Llama, 2840 Curry Ford Road, Orlando- 4-Stars Michelin Recommended- Bib Gourmand! Peruvian immigrants, Kevin and Maria Ruiz, say they founded Papa Llama in 2016 as an experimental pop up and opened the doors of this location in August 2020. In 2022, they earned the Michelin Guide's coveted "Bib Gourmand" award for establishments that serve good food at reasonable prices so naturally, I got excited. Paulina, my server, was well prepared and knowledgeable, making for an auspicious beginning in a gorgeous environment featuring good prices for dishes that could be made to satisfy both carnivores and herbivores alike. I ordered the entire family style menu which was, according to Papa Llama, "designed to be tasted together, shared, and fought over." So much food for just over a hundred dollars. The prices may have been cheap but the taste and quality of (most) victuals valieron un Perú! A hearty Big Boy Thank You (Sulpayki!) to Kevin and Maria and the culinary dactylograms of their ancestors, on this amazing cuisine (Somaq Mihuna!). The first item on the menu was Olives--whole green Castelvetrano olives marinated in house with aji panca--which were so delectable I could eat them all day. Next, the Red + Gold Beets, a minty beet salad with honey ají amarillo vinaigrette, queso fresco, and candied pistachio, which started out smooth and creamy and ended with a pleasantly piquant bite. Papas a la Huancaína followed, a fingerling potato dish with spicy aji amarillo cream, wakatay (black mint) salsa verde, and beef chicharron, topped with a fried egg. The potatoes themselves were not the star, but the combination of flavors in the sauce were amazing, unctuous but smooth. Papa Llama carries a long list of natural wines, more wines than food items, actually. That evening, I chose the Yuzu Sake, and may I say, "Holy smokes!" How refreshing after consuming so many peppers. The rest of the dishes I would give 4.5 to 5-Stars, EXCEPT for the side of frozen Sysco French fries which almost ruined an otherwise stellar meal. There are over 300 kinds of potatoes in Peru. Over 300! Perhaps in the United States we don't have the same abundance as found in El Valle Sagrado (the Sacred Valley) but, por favor, do not stoop to this! The Big Boy says, "Eat here. All the authentic Peruvian flavors at Papa Llama are 5-Star, but skip the fries, which are a corporate conglomerate frozen food disappointment."“

“5 Star without exaggeration. It was our wedding anniversary dinner so we wanted something wonderful. Michael our server made sure we were pampered and spoiled. My wife had Fillet Mignon with lobster and a sweet potato casserole. I had a pork chop. The meal was truly one of the best resturant dinners I have had in years. And to top it off, Michael brought two delicious deserts to complete our evening. Thank you Seasons 52 for an outstanding dinner.“

Nick welcomed us like family, he was funny, energetic, engaging, and very helpful with our large party (26 people) even after having a long day. Also he served our party all by himself! The drinks and bread came out so quick and the refills kept coming (I think I drank at least 6 diet cokes and so much bread) all thanks to Nick! It's said they will begin to close down Bahama Brezze locations. I really hope NOT. This place has some great food, drinks, and so much more potential. “Stopped in for dinner for their magical dining menu (made a reservation on OpenTable.) The service was great, as well the drinks and meal. Views were fantastic. So cool watching planes take off while having a nice sit down dinner. Off the magical dining menu, we had: Apps: - the fried oysters - fantastic - beef short rib sliders - only came with one. The flavor of the beef was to die for, but the beef and the sticky bun were quite dry. (We think the beef may have been added to the bun while too hot, and it pulled out the moisture) Entrée: - salmon - the salmon was a super small portion, maybe 3oz. Cooked to perfection with a crispy skin. It was served over some kind of lentil - which was a little undercooked/hard but good flavors. - short rib - this was delicious. It was quite salty, but I love salt so I didn’t mind. It was served with polenta cakes - which had a little kick to them, so I don’t recommend and if can’t do spice at all. Dessert: - cheesecake - super fluffy texture just how we like it. Had a nice flavor, however it tasted like it may have been stored for way too long, so we didn’t get past a couple bites. I hope they order some fresh ones - shortbread - this one was fantastic. Nice presentation, lots of flavors, great texture. Would definitely have this again, but would request them to remove the fruit purée pool it sits in. Drinks: - Passionfruit mojito mocktails - recommend (not on the menu, but they were happy to create any mocktails for us) - Canvas Cabernet - recommend Overall the meal was 8/10. Main gripe was finding the entrance of the hotel when driving around the airport, as the GPS took us to departures in terminal A - but we called and got directions. We were told go around arrivals and departures of terminal B, and follow the brown signs first for the North exit, then for Hyatt hotel/valet. Valet parking is free for dinner (don’t forget to tip 😉.)“

“The Bahamian seafood chowder is a must-have. I always enjoy it & it did not disappoint. The soup was a healthier portion than I remember & I was happy it was. For my entree, I ordered coconut shrimp tacos which come with black beans & yellow rice. I have ordered this dish before & enjoyed it. This time was different. The tacos could use more flavor; it had very little sriracha aioli & it needed morel The black beans were not visible; I thought that the server had only brought rice & forgot the beans. Turns out they were buried under a mound of rice. And the beans were more concentrated than I expected. There wasn't any sauce to coat the rice. Normally, I would've asked for more aioli & more beans. But the chowder was filling enough that, after eating one of the 3 tacos I ordered, & 2 forkfuls of the rice w/ beans, I was full. I got a 2-go box with plans to doctor the shrimp tacos with a a spicy sauce I have at home. My husband ordered the salmon salad & he enjoyed it.“
