Yolanda was especially helpful during our last visit! My friend and I were catching up over our meal, and she never made us feel rushed. The excellent service keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!“

“Cafe Pastis has quickly become one of my favorite South Florida restaurants! Their lovely food is delicious, and very consistent! I love all of their seafood dishes! Their mussels, and frites are a must! In addition their staff is super polite, and provide amazing service! Who could ask for more! “We walked there in the evening and had a reservation which we booked about an hour before we arrived. The food and service were excellent, our waiter was very helpful and our drinks arrived quickly. It had a real feel of a french establishment and we started with a couple glasses of Sancerre. The flavor of the french onion soup was extremely well balanced and I highly recommend their pepper steak (au poivre) which is done with filet mignon. The cook on the steak was exactly what I asked for and you can tell the chef is precise and confident with all of the dishes. The atmosphere was pleasantly subdued, dim and had its own flair, you can tell the reason this place has been around so long is because they have a reputation for success. I think either the manager or the owner stopped by our table to check in on us as well, which we appreciated. We ordered their prawn special and my wife was thrilled with how it came out. I want to go back for some escargot and try their other dishes sometime.

“Nice place nested in a very walk-able area in Coral Gables. The croissants were GREAT! The manager let us try some of there fruit cake for the holidays and it was the best fruit cake I think I've ever had. Little pricey, worth the experience.“

“Love this place!! I have been coming with my daughter for years. We love everything on the menu. Authentic French bistro. Stefan and Valerie are lovely!! Valerie makes everything from scratch. Every time is a delicious experience. Come hungry and bring friends!! Somé of our favorites: French onion soup, Crepe Suzette, Crepe Rumba, portobello quiche, Crepe Forrestier. Nobody makes crepes like La Crepe!! It's a gem in South Miami. We highly recommend it.“

“Famed and revered French chef @pascal.oudin.35 opened Pascals on Ponce ( @pascalsonponce ) 22 years ago and has been delighting customers and publishers ( @foodandwine @esquire_magazine @gourmet.magazine to name a few) since it’s inception. We were not the exception 😉 Behold, Nos Plats Choisis! We began by warming the palate and gastric sac with the #lobster #bisque and the #porcini #mushroom and #foiegras #soup with #infused #whitetruffle #oil (I’m not sure which was better so I finished them both 🤤) —check out that slow pour of the captivating crustacean soup 🦞— Next, we tried the seared #hudsonvalley #duck #foiegras with #appletatin #candiedginger and duck gastrique (it tasted as fanciful and majestic as it sounds) For entres: the #australian #lambrack in a #jus #dagneau cocked to medium and for myself the #local #blackgrouper with #celeryroot and #eggplant #caviar 🥳🥰 for dessert we tried the perfectly executed #grandmarnier #souffle with Orange #sabayon, excellent!“

“The food was DELICIOUS. Sebastian was fantastic! He was essentially alone though to serve and bus almost 10 tables. Hire staff to help to make it a completely enjoyable experience. Sebastian worked HARD. That I’m talking more about him than the food says how much the owners need to prioritize additional staffing. My lobster/shrimp newburg was phenomenal. I hope you’re paying him well. His efforts capped off what could be a great dining experience, in an unassuming/unexpected location.“

“Amazing place for breakfast 😋. The lavender ,almond and chocolate latte was spectacular. The croissant spring sandwich and the ham and cheese sandwich were so delicious, and the avocado and egg toast was spectacular too.
The owner’s attention to customers is incredible — she takes the time to recommend dishes and explain the entire menu with so much care. Everything was super clean, and all the food tasted incredibly fresh. They even make all the bread daily, which makes a huge difference in the quality.
The prices are good for the quality of the food and service. It’s a French place with a Cuban touch, which makes the experience even more special. We spend $90 for 3.“

“This place is a hidden gem! Played frank s and all the classics. Almost felt like I was in nyc yet I am in miami which is the best of both worlds. I got the salmon and my boyfriend got the chicken and it was so delicious as well. Def will be coming back!“

“It's a beautiful environment. The servers are skilled and friendly. The menu is a bit limited and unadventurous, but the food itself is quite good and the portions are large (if you're with kids younger than teenage have them split a sandwich). Prices are reasonable, in the Hilton/Marriott range (i.e., a lot less than what we expected given the luxurious nature of the place).“

“GOOD MORNING MIAMI Walking around looking for a place to eat an delicious breakfast, we found Chef Sucre Cafe with european and French cuisine menu, small but the attention to the customers very professional and friendly, urban decoration with the perfect music to enjoy the meal you order. High recommend.“

“What words can be use to describe this restaurant hummm 🤔how about SPECTACULAR !!! I can’t think 💭 of one negative word. If you want to impress your date or guest and get authentic French food this is the place. Plus you can walk around Gulfport afterwards.“
