“JRK in Aventura absolutely knocked it out of the park! We recently used them to cater an event, and our guests could not stop raving about the food. The jerk chicken, barbecue chicken and jerk fried rice had an incredible, scrumptious flavor. The rice and peas, steamed cabbage and sweet plantains were also cooked to absolute perfection.
​Not only was the food amazing, but the delivery was also right on time. Multiple guests were asking for the restaurant's location and insisted they would be visiting in person soon. If you want delicious Jamaican food, JRK is the place to go! Thank you JRK for making our event a success!“

“I recently discovered this cafe has a large vegan selection and I tried them and absolutely LOVE IT! Their ital stew is delicious, the breadfruit is good, and the fried dumplings are amazing! The flavors at this location are extremely amazing! The cooks knows what they are doing. The only thing I would recommend is for them to look into making some of their vegan dishes like the fish, shrimp, or chick'n with different varieties of mushrooms or heart of palms instead of soy. I also don't recommend the callaloo as it was loaded with onions and it seems there was more onions than greens and the callaloo might have been mixed with a bit of other greens. TRY THIS PLACE! YOU WON'T REGRET IT! There's food for both vegans and their non vegan friends!“

“I learned about Junie’s after watching Fat Joe new show on Netflix, he was interviewing DJ Khalid and they both talked about this restaurant. Chile let me start by saying that the owner is so sweet and friendly the food … the food smell so good but taste wonderful. I had the jerk chicken with rice n peas and cabbage with sauce on the side…I also had a Jamaican Pineapple Soda 10 out of 10 10 10.
