“I'm definitely an avid chipotle buyer, however this location is by far my go-to. The atmosphere with the staff, the service (especially with serving size), and overall quality is exemplary. I had Jacob, Nurbin, and Tyler (one of the managers) working the front when I ordered. Not only were the working non-stop, but they also gave time to strike conversation and make every customer feel welcome.“

“We are from Cincinnati. We are a skyline family. It is very rare that our family does not have skyline once a week. So we were very glad to see that there was a skyline location near us during our vacation. We had great service and good food. I would rate it. A four-star would’ve gave them a five star, but they did not have a souvenir shirt in my size.“

“I'd like to start by thanking the very nice people that work at the Clearwater Mall location. I think they do a fine job. Moving on to the actual food, I feel Five Guys has become too expensive. Regardless of how good the food might be at times, the quality isn't consistent enough to justify the high price. And even if it is consistent enough, I still can't understand the high price. My wife and I will get a burger fries and shake each and it'll be well over $40. At that price we have options that we enjoy significantly more than a couple of burgers at Five Guys. End of an era for us.“

“Raising Cane’s is easily one of my favorite places to eat. The chicken is always fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly, and the Cane’s sauce is amazing. The fries, Texas toast, and sweet tea are all consistently great, and the food always tastes fresh.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is usually fast and efficient. Every time I go, I know exactly what to expect, and they never disappoint.

The food isn’t the healthiest option out there, but it’s definitely worth it as a treat once in a while. Overall, Raising Cane’s does a fantastic job with quality, consistency, and customer service. Highly recommended!“

The char burger with cheese and bbq char hit the spot. Quite a bit of bread for one patty. Would have loved more fries but that's just my preference since I love fries more than burgers. 😆

I called the restaurant, and I immediately spoke with a manager named Keandra From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. “I ordered from this location tonight (as I do most every weekend) and the burgers were borderline raw. I didn't discover until they were brought home and my schedule didn't allow to return to the store so had to pitch them. I called this evening and spoke to the night manager. He explained they have been training a lot of new employees (and also trainers) and was understanding and apologetic for the experience. He readily offered to make it right (I was satisfied with his solution) and identified the need for more training and committed to helping his team improve. He owned the mistake, offered a solution and identified it was an area that needed work. No restaurant is perfect. I can handle mistakes (more than once) when the management care and they are working to make it better. They will get another order next week and I do recommend this establishment. Not because they were perfect, but because they listened, cared and I believe they will work to make it better. See you next week Five Guys!“
