“I love this place, however I had an experience on 5/1 that I wasn’t thrilled with and it’s very difficult to find a way to contact to give feedback so I had to resort to a FB review. My mom and I visited on 5/1. Our server spilled most of a Champagne Papi onto my lap. I totally understand mistakes happen, however, not once did anyone ask me if I needed anything. The server (I have the name but don’t want to blast all over FB) never asked me if I was Ok, she just simply said she’d be right back with another one, but it was all of the floor, my shorts, my shirt and splashed my mom across the table. I thought maybe she’d be right back with napkin or towel but she didn’t, so I went to the bathroom to try to clean up, but so surprised that no one ever followed up with me. I’m not sure if maybe she was so embarrassed that she didn’t want to tell anyone, or what happened, but I sat in wet shorts the entire time. Thankfully, the pink dye came out of everything, but still am surprised no one ever checked in. Maybe this is standard for you guys, but I wanted to share in case this is not normal.“

“Tonight was our first time eating here. I love how close by it is to where we live. We split an "Antipasto" salad and ordered a 16" "Mediterranean Chicken" pizza. The place was not busy in-house, but they were dealing with a good number of takeout orders. The pizza and salad came out quickly. The pizza was "oven hot", but eating the salad first allowed it to cool a bit. Excellent pizza... thin crust that had a nice chewy texture without being tough. They told us that the crust is "aged" for 72 hours after being mixed to develop flavor. Toppings were freshly prepared and tasty. Our pizza had a pesto base... really good. Very happy with our meal here... we'll definitely be back!!“

“I e just stopped in today for the new CHIMICHURRI STEAK & EGGS HASH and it was amazing I hope they keep it in the regular menu!!! The steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor The combination of all those ingredients is really a home run!!“

“Sometimes things go wrong, and great businesses make awesome recoveries. I made an order through UberEats and my driver picked up the wrong bag, showing up at my house with someone else’s food. The driver apologized, called the restaurant, and they said they’d make a fresh order for her to pick up. She left telling me she’d be back in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later Uber Eats closed out the order and gave her my tip. They refused to speak with me or give me a refund.

Enter Gators. I then spoke with the receptionist and they told me the new order was waiting and UberEats never came to pick it up. To make it right, they jumped in their catering van and brought it to me myself. We love Gators, we order from it all the time, and after tonight, we always will.
