“Foods okay but everytime I ask for a bag and cup holder or just in general when I come into the restaurant, the two girls give me attitude and nasty looks 😅 I don't think I've done anything to make them mad so not sure what the issue is“
“Everyone at McDonald’s in Hamlin is always so friendly and professional, but today was a special experience. I usually use the app to get the $1 any size iced coffee, however the app wasn’t working today, saying I had used the maximum amount of deals. LUIS AND PEDRO were SO helpful, they tried to get my app to work and when the issues persisted, they got me my iced coffee for free! They gave amazing customer service and kindness! Thank you Luis and Pedro!“
“I have lived in the area since 2023. This is the BEST McDonald’s I have ever been to. I do have a small obsession with the Egg McMuffin.
Joy and Dante are wonderful. Joy goes out of her way to deliver service with a smile, and always makes sure my order is correct.
The few times I have had to wait for my food, I see staff working to complete other orders or running food out to cars waiting in the parking lot.
They never complain about their jobs and their make customers are their top priority.
This is the one McDonalds I can order French fries from and they are always “hot and fresh”.
I wish I had more names to add to this review because all of the staff are wonderful.“
