“This Starbucks is a ✨VIBE✨. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and the baristas were all so friendly and personable. As we sat inside we watched them invite guests to take a seat and they would bring food/drinks to guests. Different people walked in and they made every effort to offer a kind and personal word to each person. They were patient when my Starbucks card needed to be reloaded. The kept things clean. This is a model Starbucks!“
“I have been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years now since I work at Disney and this is on the way. I recently changed my normal drink order to chai for the fall / winter season. I order chai tea but the last few times I have been given chai latte. It is partially my fault for not checking before I leave. I am not a fan of latte drinks and I usually only drink about half and then throw the rest away when I get to work, but one of these times I hope to get a plain chai tea and not latte.“

“Rocked up at 8.59pm to check if they closed at 9 or 10. They closed at 9pm but beckoned us in! Three staff members were very jovial and helpful and made us our drinks with a smile. Excellent service and the staff should be commended for their customer service.We sat in the patio area out front and enjoyed our drinks. Thank you!

The attitude of the customers reflects that there are many service problems in this store. If they are not corrected in time, this store may go bankrupt.
