“I started going to Athena’s when my son and family first moved to Maitland over 17 years ago. Since 2018 I went there at least once a week. Having to move back to Connecticut, I miss their chicken so much. My grandchildren know when I come to visit that is the first place I stop to eat. Their chicken is always so delicious and moist. “This was my first time visiting Huey Magoo’s, and I had a fantastic lunch with a friend. The staff in Longwood is incredibly friendly and attentive. The managers are particularly caring and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

I had a very small issue with one of the chicken tenders, but Robert, the assistant manager, immediately resolved it. He not only fixed the problem but also brought me a few extra hot chicken tenders as a gesture of goodwill. It’s refreshing to encounter such exceptional customer service in today’s fast-paced world.

“They have the best chicken. This is my new favorite place for chicken sliders. The dry rub they use is awesome. I love extra hot stuff and I can't even do the medium rub at Dave's Hot Chicken. I get the mild. The kale slaw is awesome. So is Dave's signature sauce.“

“Our family of 5 flew in from Alaska to spend Thanksgiving holiday with family and our first stop was Chick-fil-a. Our favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken sandwich but it has to have the honey roasted bbq sauce. When we pulled into the drive-thru we were so sad to find out they were out of HRBBQ. We told Janiah this was our first stop and we’d been looking forward to our visit all day. A few minutes later she can back to our car with a baggie of hrbbq. “Family was visiting from out of town last week, so we placed a large to‑go order at the Pollo Tropical in Sanford. When it came time to pay, our debit card kept getting rejected, even after the staff tried multiple registers and attempted to split the payment.

We were about to remove items to pay in cash when the manager, Pedro, explained there was a software glitch preventing debit card payments over $50. He immediately stepped in and discounted our order by 35%, which allowed us to get everything we needed.

With a little patience and understanding, what could have been a frustrating situation turned into a positive experience. Our whole family was extremely grateful for Pedro’s help and the Sanford team’s effort to make things right.“

“I went to CSC tonight after seeing multiple posts on TikTok. I am completely blown away. First off, the sweet drive thru young man had issues with his headset and he was so apologetic and kind. Then the flavor I ordered was out and they had to make more. Everyone was so kind and nice and overly apologetic. Customer service was amazing!

But then…the food! It was worth the wait. I had Fancy Nancy and Sassy Scotty with grape and broccoli salad. Honestly, this is the best chicken salad I have ever had. Everything was so fresh and so delicious. I will definitely be back!“

“On the morning of July 21, 2026, my spouse and I arrived at Chick-fil-A and joined the drive-thru line from the gas station entrance. As the vehicle in front of us moved forward, a red car approached from the opposite direction and cut into the line, bypassing the many customers who had been patiently waiting. The line had extended into the gas station parking lot, and everyone else was following the proper order.

Several customers were understandably frustrated, and a few honked their horns in response to the situation. It was disappointing to see someone disregard the line while everyone else was waiting their turn.

We are writing to commend Caleb for the calm, professional, and respectful way he handled the situation. Once the driver realized that cutting in line would not be allowed, they left the drive-thru. Caleb then came to our vehicle and apologized for the inconvenience. His willingness to address the situation fairly and courteously made a lasting impression on us.

We thanked Caleb because it is not always easy to stand up for what is right, especially in a tense situation. He handled it with professionalism, integrity, and kindness, and we truly appreciate the way he represented Chick-fil-A.

“Great location and it's hardly ever busy I feel like it's overlooked since its the newest location in the area. But that doesn't mean it's inferior. I think it is probably the better of the 2 locations in Sanford. Staff is friendly service is quick and accurate and the restaurant is always spotless. I'm in the area frequently for work and I always choose to stop here rather than the other. I am never able to stay and eat but it I did I would definitely sit outside there patio is very nice and always clean with plenty of tables. This is a great Chick Fila location and great far anyone.“
