“I highly recommend this ice cream bar! From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and welcoming greeting. Since it was my first visit, the staff took the time to explain the menu and share details about the offerings and the neighborhood. They provide both soft serve and vegan ice cream options. I chose the coconut soft serve in a matcha waffle cone, which was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return for the ginger beer float—yes, you read that correctly! I plan to use the coconut ice cream for that as well.“

“Kaisa is really passionate about cake making and always tries to integrate surprising ingredients in her beautiful cakes (think about chicon and beer). She can also make vegan and gluten free versions. My personal favorite is the earl grey cake!“

“The gelato is amazing and the waffle cone in a cup makes it even better. The service was great. I recommend coming here if you want some ice cream after walking around the market. The only problem was there wasn’t much seating and we had to walk a while to find seating.“

“Absolutely incredible. The food was so fresh and delicious; you can taste it before even the first bite. A simple vanilla icecream taste so rich and decadent. I will certainly be returning-a fantastic gem.

“LOVE this Rita’s! Barbara is awesome and was super patient with my little one in helping her decide which flavor she wanted. Custard is AMAZINGGGGG and the ice flavors are so delicious. None can compare!“
“I’m so glad they’ve opened more locations! The menu is limited compared to the main shop, but there are still options. I got the matcha and oat milk vanilla swirl, it was delicious! I also got sprinkles which were great and added a lot to the soft serve.“

“I was going to give four stars because they were out of fudge dipped waffle bowls and only had the Halloween themed overly sprinkled waffle bowls HOWEVER she made a mistake and thought I wanted the fudge dipped waffle cone which I didn’t, but I became a fan of the fudge dipped waffle cone on this night so all is well lol“

“Shake Shack West Midtown is hands down the best location in Atlanta! Mrs. Marsha made my visit unforgettable. She was super attentive, had the best energy, and made me feel so welcome. Her kindness and conversation turned a simple food stop into a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here because of her!“

“We went in for a beverage and were offered a full, great experience. We had the ice tea, with a refill and the guys serving us were extraordinarily nice and helpful. We also went to tje rooftop terrace and enjoyed the view. I fully recommend this place! 😁“
