“Really don’t have any issues with this place it’s right next to the office it’s just the old lady that answer the phone that’s hard of hearing.Please get another staff member to handle calls because when it’s busy she function well. No harm but it’s better for business especially when someone is calling with a catering order. N when you address and issue or a concern she will dismiss the matter as if the “Customer” is wrong. I had an issue where I order a small sandwich and at the bottom end of the bread there was mold. I called to address the old lady wouldn’t let me get the statement out without staying “NO”. We have Microsoft staff that order from this location frequently but we will find another.“
“The online system would not allow me to order WHATSOEVER!! Cash, grass or brass, NADA!!! Walked in and showed the employees who were working and I’m glad I did because the employees took immediate action and sent the manager pictures of the inconvenience. It gets better, they were out of a popular menu item and instead of being rude or dismissive they honored the original sandwich price for the substitution!!! I’m never trying to get discounts or deals based on unfavorable or unforeseen circumstances but In this case, the blessings received from that simple act of kindness and service has a repeat customer in me!!! “Fast thorough service and good quality tuna sandwich on nice hot summer day. Bathroom available to customers only, probably because all the non customers ruin it for everyone else. I love it, definitely a favorite ? oh yeah don't forget ghost pepper cheese and eat your vegetables too“

“We had a group order from JJs for about 35 people. We’ve been JJ’s fans since we first had it in 1990 in Champaign, IL. I absolutely LOVE that you can place a group order and it will send emails to everyone in the list to take their order. It even allows for someone to set it where one person pays or each pays their own, and if one person is paying, a max amount per person can be pre-set. Whoever thought this up is a genius!!! There are also many combinations for gluten free, low carb, vegetarian, etc. (though a veggie protein would be nice). I didn’t know about add-ons (cucumber, avocado spread, etc.) until now! We will definitely use it again for other board meetings.The food was on time, the driver was courteous, the order was correct (except we had a couple chocolate chip cookies arrive instead of the oatmeal cookies that were ordered, but the people didn’t seem to remember what they’d ordered, so it wasn’t an issue).There are a couple things that would have been helpful, but didn’t detract from the food otherwise serving our needs well.First - the sandwiches came with partial email addresses written on them. That was great, except we had a group of 35 from around the country, all with different email formats, it was challenging. To boot, I think the person writing was getting tired as the letters started slurring on some and we had to guess. It would be great if there was a way to include a first/last/nick name (instead of email address) when ordering so we didn’t have to try to guess.The other thing was everything came “loose” - by that, twenty bags of random chips, a dozen cookies, a sack o’ sandwiches, and a bunch of drinks (those were labeled with the contents!). But that meant going through and matching sandwiches and chips and cookies and drinks based on partial email addresses and a cryptic receipt. It would be great if the items were put into separate bags by order with a name - even the super thin plastic bags. It took two people nearly a half hour to get everything lined up. Thankfully, the food was ordered to arrive a half hour early; if it hadn’t, the scheduled lunch break could have been a disaster.Overall, it worked out well and it is definitely something we will use for our biannual board meetings!!“

The woman making sandwiches told the cashier that she would pay for it to make sure the guy didn't leave without a sandwich! He ended up having another card that swiped, but she was super kind to stand up and help and she should be recognized. Food was just as good as any other JJ but I commend the employee's for their kindness.“

Yesterday I had an order not done correctly, I called about it and a gentleman was completely rude.
Stopped again today and Brandon sorted everything out.
I was never going shop here but Brandon won but my trust and willingness to visit often now.
