“Dining at Atlas in Atlanta was, without a doubt, the most extraordinary culinary experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to several Michelin-starred restaurants, but nothing has compared to this. What made this evening so unforgettable wasn’t just the masterfully crafted dishes (which were phenomenal), but the people who brought the experience to life. Chef Money and his incredible team, including Maxwell, Julian, and many others, showed a level of hospitality and genuine kindness that I have never encountered in fine dining. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. And the food. Every single bite was absolutely unforgettable. Each dish was a perfect blend of artistry, flavor, and emotion. You could feel the heart behind every plate. From the first amuse to the final bite of dessert, I found myself completely immersed in the flavors. Every course built upon the last, creating a seamless, delicious journey I didn’t want to end. This wasn’t just a dinner. It was a beautifully orchestrated experience filled with warmth, creativity, and connection. Chef Money and his team have created something truly special at Atlas. “All I can say is WOW. What an amazing dining experience. I would be very surprised if Avize doesn’t earn a Michelin star this year. Everything about this restaurant is top tier. Every item we had from the amuse bouche through dessert was a 10/10. You can taste the passion and desire for excellence in each dish. The menu is very creative but every dish is extremely well balanced and a joy to eat. Each dish is absolutely beautiful as well. The ceviche and tartare were the best we’ve had in recent memory. The bread service was insanely good. The black garlic butter so good I could have eaten it without the bread. The Fallow Deer entree was a work of art that tasted better than it looked. The potato rosti is the perfect potato side dish and a must try. The ice cream with caviar is an absolute must try as well. It sounds crazy but it was absolutely fantastic. The service was impeccable, easily the best service we’ve experienced in Atlanta in recent memory. Patrick was a tremendous server and the rest of the team provided the highest caliber service possible. I’d say this was a 100/10 dinner experience and we cannot wait to come back to try the different seasonal menus.“

Make a reservation because they are sure to be fully committed. The brilliant and talented individuals that support the service at this upscale lounge are top notch. Jennifer, one of the managers has built an amazing relationship with my spouse and I. Her attention to detail is second to none. She remembers everything that we enjoy, the flavors we love and the food compositions that excite our palate, and she delivers one of a kind specialties. A few items that should land on your bucket list to try include: •I Love Lychee Martini: the best in ATL •Not So French •Love Potion •Fresh Baked focaccia bread served with balsamic vinegar and oils •SQUASH CAPPELLETTI ♥️ Everything on the menu was delicious including the custom Lychee Bon Bon’s that the pastry chef prepared for us in advance because I love Lychee so much. Jennifer scored us a show stopping VIP booth to the DJ. Her knowledge of the lounge and the Michelin Star restaurant “Atlas” next door was impeccable. “This place saved my vacation!! So I didn't know countries have a 6 month passport expire requirement. Meaning you cant enter the country if your passport expires in 6 months. So I couldnt fly. I called them on a Sunday and they got me in Tuesday morning 0730am (Monday was a holiday). My new passport was ready in a couple of hours. Im able to still make my vacation!!!

“Their pizza is delicious, as well as their other menu items. Please try them out for Happy Hour throughout the weekday, 3pm-6pm. The environment is clean and nice, and the employees are friendly. The wait time was about 15 minutes and about 30 minutes for our food. I highly recommend for a Happy Hour, date night, or late night spot.“

“We had an overall good experience at this restaurant. The food was okay. We ordered the whole snapper, salmon, and squid ink pasta. Everything was ok.
After dinner, we informed the server that it was a birthday and asked for a dessert. Unfortunately, the dessert came without any candles or a birthday message, which was disappointing and took away from the moment.
Aside from that, the service and atmosphere were fine, and everything else went well.“

“For starters, I went on a Friday and our server Molly was chef’s kiss. Every single recommendation she made was a hit. We started with the asparagus fries—10/10. I had the Blackberry Buck craft cocktail (so good), and the Cabernet Sauvignon (can’t remember which one) and for dinner I went with the chicken panini, which was amazing. Literally every choice was Molly-approved and she did not miss.
The atmosphere was just right—dim lighting, subtle music in the background, and a really cozy vibe. This spot is perfect for a cute girls’ check-in or a date night with your boo 💕“

“I come here all the time but normally during night shift. Today was my first time coming in the daytime and I will never make that mistake again. Food is great I literally just wanted a side of greens but the cook during the daytime barely put any greens in the side sized box and I asked them if you could at least put a scoop more but I was told to pay again. Now what I’m used to is night shift they always fill it up to the brim for me. I will come back but never in the daytime again. I will note before I even paid I wanted to clarify if there was different sizes for greens because that all I came for I really love them plus they’re made with no meat, and I the lady with blonde locs said no and I said okay I just said can you make sure he fills it up at least she said sure. But when I saw the food I was disappointed and cause it wasn’t even filled up half way and I paid 7 dollars. I ate it because that’s what I came for but I’m highly dissatisfied this was the first time I ever been disappointed with them. But I still encourage you to go support the business they’re great people but I just will never come in the day time I again, because at least when I come at night I’m greeted when I come in.“

Faith was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making sure our meal was perfect from start to finish. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made our 8th wedding anniversary celebration truly special. “Tabby was in town and in usual Tabby flow she was exploring the atlasobscura website and came across The Consulate. As such, we decided to go. We had reservations for 06:15 on a Friday. Arriving about 20 minutes early as traffic happened to be light, we were able to be seated early without any issues. Upon entering the restaurant the hallway decor captures your attention as you focus on the selected hues of blue and artwork placement. Upon being seated we were immediately greeted by Cindy. Cindy arrived all smiles coupled with a huge personality and warm welcome. As this was our first time she took a moment to explain to us the menu selections, geographical inspiration, as well as answer the few questions we had about select items. Cindy’s education of the menu and experience with the foods added to the food deciding experience. Major shout out to Cindy. The ambiance of the restaurant is high energy, captivating and explorative. As you look around the restaurant it puts you in the mindset of being inside one of the classic true to theme castles in an Indiana Jones or Tomb Raider movie. LoL! At any moment Laura Croft could walk in and grab one of the items on display and head out for her next mission. LoL! I decided on the String Beans with a side of Mexican Rice and I was more than satisfied with the flavor profile of my meal. The string beans were flavor stacked with the slight sweet from the sauce and the spice from the peppers. The texture was spot on for a true sautéed experience as well as the portion was perfect… The Mexican rice paired well with the string beans as it provided a texture variation as well as it was seasoned well but not overpowering in comparison to the string beans. This was truly a 10/10 experience. The service, the environment, and the food were all superb. Whether for a personal 2 person dinner or after work friend vibe, The Consulate is truly a must try for any occasion.“

“I had a amazing time at 5Church Atlanta. Went for friends birthday. A lot of other Restaurants in Atlanta had horrible 2 hour wait times but this restaurant did not . Great Service. Great Food. Great location. Best restaurant experience I had in years . It’s so nice. Very upscale, classy , urban vibe . We got there early before reservation like 15/20 mins was able to be seated immediately. Waitress got drink orders and menu orders fast . Food came out quickly 15/20 mins . It was delicious and warm. All the food was delicious. Will go again and recommend it . Great restaurant, probably one of best in Atlanta. Prices were affordable $40/60/100 depending on number of people in group and good portions for food , so you can order a few things and split: try a few things on menu . It’s worth money and experience. Me and friend had lamb burger , fries . Other Friend got waffle and chicken .“

“July 05, 2025 Greetings, This evening, I had the opportunity to celebrate my 40th birthday, and to mark the occasion, my partner and I chose to dine at a fine dining establishment in downtown Atlanta. Regrettably, after we visited your downtown Atlanta location, it became clear that my hope for an outstanding dining experience was unlikely to be met. Upon our arrival, we had to wait despite having made a reservation several hours earlier. Eventually, we were seated at a table no larger than a nightstand. I immediately observed that, unlike the other tables, the candle on ours was unlit. This should have served as an indication of the service to follow. Once seated, we were presented with the menu and asked for two sweet teas. Soon after, we placed our orders. After waiting twenty minutes, we realized that our drinks had been forgotten. We subsequently reminded our waitress that we had ordered two sweet iced teas. After an additional ten minutes, our drinks arrived. Fifteen minutes later, our food finally arrived. Upon its arrival, I noticed a sticky substance around the $75 steak I had ordered. After considerable effort to cut into it, I tasted the meat and found it to be overcooked—its flavor reminiscent of a meal unintentionally left on the grill by an intoxicated cook. It was unsatisfactory, and I requested a remake. At this point, we had spent over an hour at your restaurant, and the staff began cleaning up. Finally, around 12:05 a.m., the re-cooked steak was brought out. Although it was an improvement over the first, it still did not merit the price of $75. Given that my potatoes were cold and the minimal ice in my refilled iced tea had melted, I opted to forgo the steak altogether. My partner, who is more willing to accept mediocre service, encouraged me to take the steak back to the hotel, which led us to request a to-go box. Ten minutes later, we received a small cardboard box, barely big enough for my food. Further, we were not offered anything to carry the sauce in, utensils, or even a bag. Shortly after, we received our bill, which totaled approximately $195.00, excluding gratuity. At that moment, I was overwhelmed with emotion and informed my partner that I needed a few minutes outside to collect my thoughts. I found it challenging to rationalize $200 for a meal arguably valued at $20 and customer service worth $10. Despite my objections, my partner insisted on refraining from discussing this matter with a manager. He wanted to avoid any conflict on my birthday. While I appreciate his noble intentions, I possess a strong aversion to inequality in any form. The treatment we received in an establishment that professes luxury and exemplary customer service was inadequate and perhaps a sign of your treatment towards Minority LGBT customers. We deserved a better experience. Although my birthday weekend was great, this experience was horrible. I am genuinely disappointed with my visit to your Atlanta location. “As someone with a lot of food restrictions, I LOVE that Boxcar provides the option to inform them of your food needs in their reservation system. And I can attest that they take it very seriously. When I showed up, they confirmed my food restrictions at each stage (hostess, server taking the order, server delivering the order)... but it didn't feel stressful or oppressive at all. They were kind and understanding.
Aside from that, the food is great (whether you have restrictions or not), the atmosphere is fun, and it's a GREAT place to bring large or small groups. I've been there several times, and each time it has been a wonderful experience.“

“I had the incredible pleasure of the Miller Union experience last Saturday. I run a small nonprofit meal ministry program in Gwinnett and I am a colleague of your Executive Pastry Chef's mother. Being from industry, but now serving in a different manner, I must say how satisfying it is to know that considering the major challenges presently in the restaurant industry, you have built a culture of service, professionalism, precision and family that is simply impossible to find. You were flawless on that night. I claimed time out of my busy schedule to treat myself, I didn’t have a reservation but was granted the best seat in the house, at the bar, on the corner, right at the service area next to the ticket stabber and the printer. You might ask, why that seat was so great... well, for the first time in 35 years I had no responsibilities being that close to the start and finish of an order. I knew I was in the right place to do something I'd never done before and that was to take my hands off the wheel and allow the environment to take control. I asked, who I believed to be the Sommelier (sorry can't recall his name)to order for me. Of course he would line me up with the best wines without sacrificing my mortgage payment, lol by my request, but I kept eyeballing those Sailor's Greetings passing by and had to inquire. The Bartender was "straight fire" and gave me the scoop... a reduction of muscadine wine!!!! WHAT!!! Anyway, the Pork Belly, the Field Pea and Peanut Salad, all amazing. When it came to the entree I had to pump the breaks on the house choice... I saw Collard Greens with the Pork Loin... being born and raised in the South, I had to know. The moment of truth, Wow! Okay I had to look this... Unicorn in the eyes. Now it's Saturday night so I didn't expect Chef Steven Satterfield to be present but low and behold, he was there. I couldn't see him because he was doing what he was supposed to be doing... Driving the Bus! So after an awesome experience thus far and a visit from who I believe was the FOH Maestro, Neal MaCarthy, it was on to the reason I was there… to experience the offerings of Chef Claudia Martinez. Her team did not disappoint. Again I left it up to the BOH and BAM!!!...the Doughnuts!!! Just phenomenal. So I wrapped up and called for my car and on my way out I was saluted by GM Vince Landi and informed Chef Satterfield had a moment and he was kind enough to greet me. Needless to say, I was honored and proud of know our industry's best days are ahead of us. Thank you Miller Union and Chef Satterfield for a night to remember and for continuing to carry the torch. “We were deep in it, man, buried under papers and numbers and the hum of a future house, my wife glowing at seventeen weeks pregnant and me wired tight, scared to look away for a second in case the whole thing slipped through my fingers. Two days into due diligence and my mind was racing miles ahead of my body. Still, we said yes to Banshee. Said yes to friends we hadn’t seen in too long. Said yes to the night.
We walked in, and the place was already moving, already alive, music breathing through the walls, people leaning into each other, and then boom, there’s another close friend we didn’t expect, just standing there like the universe pulled a fast one and winked at us. That’s when I knew we were in the right spot. The kind of right you feel in your chest before you can explain it.
Our friends arrived, and we fell straight into it, stories tumbling out, laughter loud and loose, a little trash talk, a little love, all of it sweating the worry right out of our skin. Hours slipped by unnoticed, four of them gone like smoke, and it felt like time cracked open and let us rest inside it for a while.
The food kept coming, and each bite felt like a small revelation. Frybread slick with pepperoni butter, rich and reckless. Focaccia snapping just right. Duck seared hard and honest. I was full of warmth and noise and light and that deep-down feeling that this was it, that I was right where I was supposed to be, about to be a father, holding my wife’s hand, surrounded by friends, alive in the middle of it all.
Outside, the night grew louder. Bass from nearby bars thumped through the street. Cars flew down Glenwood like they were chasing something. I knew it couldn’t last forever. Nothing does. But before it ended, one of the owners came over smiling and dropped desserts on the table, no charge, just because. That kind of thing sticks with you.
When Banshee leaned fully into the night, and the room turned electric, something in me loosened. The pressure eased. The future didn’t feel so heavy. I felt like maybe, just maybe, I could run this life clean and true.

“My fellow traveler and I stopped by on our way home to Virginia. It was a long day of travel, delayed flights, we just wanted to sit down and chill. We didn’t expect much out of an airport restaurant… But we were both blown away. Our server, Tarvis, was charming, professional, knowledgeable, and exceptional. The BLT with bacon jam, and the rice pudding with cinnamon and peaches was superb. (I could’ve eaten a whole jar of the bacon jam.) Tarvis, thank you for making two weary travelers leave your restaurant with pep in their step Keep on shining your light. And to any traveler who is leery of a place that serves a hamburger and a sushi roll… Fear not. This place is great.“

The staff greeted me so kindly, helped me with menu suggestions, and checked up on me just enough; being attentive without ever being intrusive. It’s clear that hospitality is a top priority here.
The food? Exceptional. I had the breakfast sandwich with a side of potatoes and a parfait. Both dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re in the mood for a light bite or something hearty, the menu offers a well-balanced variety of items.
