We went there for lunch. The spread and quality of Salads and Vegetables explains why it is so popular and crowded. Obviously, it offers many non vegetarian options and quite a few Vegan options as well. Salads were very fresh. A good choice of soups, breads, pasta, Pizzas ( Pizzas are not great , though) and desserts are a part of the menu. Some of us had Cauliflower soup and some Black bean soup , both vegetarian. Staying in the area for work; needed a dinner that was not too heavy but filling. I got the "to-go" box option with a salad, 16 oz hot item (choice of soup, rice, or potato) and a treat from the bakery. The salad bar is great with a lot of options. Products were fresh and everything was well-stocked and clean. I had the broccoli cheddar soup and it was not thick like some can be, which was great. Toppings are available as well. Such a great place! Cashier, busser/server, and manager were so friendly and attentive! everything was immaculately wiped down (area in front of soups/salads), not a crumb out of sight on a busy night. Fresh & delicious food, super reasonable prices, and wonderful staff - I’ll be back!
