“Employee there, Grayson, is a great ambassador for the company. Showed great knowledge and respect to the public and the rights we have. Visit Chick-fil-A knowing they hire folks like Grayson, and they will treat you with respect.

Also, when I was leaving, I had a flat tire. Unfortunately I could not find a jack, so Grayson came out and lifted the front of my car while I changed the tire. Hardly broke a sweat.“

“A family friend ordered pizza for my family & sent it to the hospital (my great aunt is very sick & we are told doesn’t have much more time).. Pizza Hut sent their driver Quinntez to deliver the pizza and not only was he EXTREMELY nice and comforting with his words.. they wrote a nice note on top of one of the pizza boxes and threw it things for free. Quinntez hugged our family as he was leaving and told us we were in his prayers. In a time so hard people like Quinntez are a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to these people at this Pizza Hut. We can’t thank you enough. ♥️“

“Grayson is an awesome employee! Respectful, thoughtful, and caring. I watched a video online of a gentleman who makes videos on public sidewalks to educate people about our constitutional rights. Grayson approached the gentleman, offered him something to drink, then brought a strawberry lemonade out to the sidewalk for him on a very hot day. He represented the company extremely well and earned your location a ton of free advertising and positive reviews. Grayson deserves a raise!“

“I had such a fantastic lunch here today. The bread was perfectly fresh and they really pile on the toppings, making every bite taste great. Everything was prepared right in front of me, and you can tell they care about the quality of the ingredients. The staff was super friendly and the whole place was spotless. It is easily one of my favorite spots to grab a quick and satisfying sandwich.“

“A bit confusing if you aren’t used to 1970-1980s kind of building setups.

I ordered the Loaded Fries and Asked “Is there meat in with them?” The guy shook his head as in “No” so I bought them and the second I opened them up, there was meat. Guy had to lie to get that money. I enjoyed the fries with cheese though, they were good but I got a headache because of the meat.

I’d recommend this place if the employees didn’t have to lie about their menu’s food additions.“

“The better question is, why are you reading this post rather than sitting in the Costco food court enjoying an affordable, delicious treat?I know you can get more flavors at DQ or Cold Stone, but if you want a sundae, you really should just come to Costco. The texture is like thick, creamy silk, and the toppings are divine. Plus, you cannot beat the price ($2.69 with tax).

“I ordered the 6 piece Honey mustard wings and Korean fried chicken. The wings did not disappoint, they were sauced just right. I can't tell you how many times, I ordered wings and sauce is in the bag and not the wings so this is refreshing. The Korean chicken come in original or sauce. I tried the original and chicken was flavorful. The owner also has beautiful artwork all over that she made with her own hands. Food was hot, staff friendly, and good prices. I definitely will be back, fries are so good also with the seasoning salt provided.“

“The customer service here is truly outstanding. The staff is the reason I gladly drive 15 minutes out of my way just to visit this specific location. LA, Phay, Taylor, and Ms. T always greet me by name and already know my usual order before I even ask. That level of friendliness and consistency makes every visit a great experience. And for anyone wondering, the Meatball Subs (My favorite) are hands down the best. I can’t overstate how satisfied I’ve been with this Subway location. Would recommend 10/10 stars!!!“

“Ordered at 8:05 pm. My location is only 2 miles from the pizza place. Said pizza is on theway and be here at 8:44pm it is now 9pm. 1 hour is not acceptable. Still no pizza. Pizza arrived cold and dry.
Wow. Changed it back to 5 stars because the manager had the pizza remade and delivered. I wish the call center would follow instructions. The call center is in Tennessee.“

“My five grand children mybtwo daughters and I came here for the first time. This pizza is so fresh and delicious. This exceeded my expectations. I missed out never coming here. Kasha took care of us and made our pizzas. He was absolutely amazing! Kind, patient,professional and knowledgeable. The pizza was so good I ordered another to go once we ate. I am disabled and have difficulties so kasha brought my pizza out to my car once it was done so I didn't have to come back inside. This meant the world to me. You don't come across this often . The General manager. Was also very nice ,took time to tallk with me and she was professional as well. Very clean restaurant.“

“We come to the medical district frequently for my son's appointments. We enjoy eating at Firehouse because when you walk in
They greet you. Employees seem friendly and when my son's sandwich had lettuce on it. He refused to eat it. Maddison was so kind. She smiled and made him another. He's special needs so making his sandwich perfectly is important. We will definitely be stopping by next time we come downtown to the Medical district.“

“Both the hamburgers and the french fries were fresh. There’s nothing better than a fresh freshly prepared Krystal hamburger. Drive thru was busy however that did not have any bearing on how fast we got our food.
The only negative comment I have is the fact that the air conditioner was not working in the building. That has nothing to do with the employees.“

“Meet with our fan group once a month here. The fact they have lettuce substitutions and turkey patties helps allay issues with dietary needs for our members. The monthly shake flavor rotates well, and though none of us get it boozy it is an option too. I get a Cowboy Style double and it is fantastic. In addition to the sports channels, they play many old movies and TV shows. It could be Incerdible Hulk, a Godzilla movie or the 5000 Fingers of Dr. T. We always have a great time.“

“I normally don’t ask employees for their names, but I had to this time because they truly deserve to be recognized. Tehya, Aubrey, Bailey, KJ, Mike, and Tay were all incredibly respectful, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell they work together as a real team — everyone was helping each other, staying positive, and making sure orders were getting out quickly and correctly even while busy.

What made the experience even better was how funny and goofy they all were with each other while still staying on top of everything. Their energy made the whole place feel welcoming and turned a normal stop into a genuinely fun and memorable experience. “I am vegetarian and sometimes find sandwich restaurants hard to order in, but today with Ms. Taylor and her incredible chef, Kalvin, I was blessed to enjoy one of the best grilled vegetable sandwiches ever! Kalvin really went out of his way to cook all of the vegetables well and assemble a hearty, giant vegetable sub that was truly satisfying! “June 9th at 530 There was only 3 people working when i went inside to order my food. There was a decent amount of people ordering. The people working there was friendly enough but just wanted to say the cook was pretty good with getting the orders together. Had it all going by himself and i didn't have to wait long and he had it all correct..I have marked off so many businesses in this area from just bad food and service. But at least this one i had a good experience. I just think people need praise when they do good.“

“I met one young man by the name of Dweese. And to he honest the whole crew. They completely changed my mind about this place. He was as nice as could be. Started a conversation all while taking orders and bagging food. Here os the best part. He asked me to double check the bag to make sure it is all there. I did. Missing one item and I told him. He communicated with the guys in the back and no animosity. Just happy as can be. I usually drive off and not check. He saved me from my wife on that missing burrito. I have had nothing but issues before with this store. But that crew tonight definitely changed my mind.“

“The food is delicious, the servers provide good customer service, but, the service time between placing the order and the time of receiving the food can be improved. Most importantly, traffic safety needs to be addressed for customers turning off of Wheeler Road onto Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway.

Traffic gets backed up on Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway with Chick-fil-a customers trying to enter the first entry.

Suggestion: Place signs at this entrance for customers to proceed to the next entrance by Kinkos to provide safety for customers.

“The staff was wonderful and the food was great. I called the next day and told them I was sending my secretary to pick up the same thing from the night before. They remembered me and the young man on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about. When she got there they were very nice to her and my order was perfect. I even had a nice note wrote on my order from the guy I talked to on the phone​ letting me know that he made my meal with care. They have a new regular now. Great customer service goes a long way.“

“Both Subway and Panda had hot and fresh food. Panda's portion sizes were generous.The place is small but was empty and clean enough. The restrooms are old as the hills and smell like sewer water despite being clean. Hours posted are current as of today.“

“Wife Saver has some of my absolute favorite chicken tenders. The batter is delicious. I also love their fried okra, hush puppies, and cornbread. For dessert, the banana pudding is a must. “Today was a long day involving school shopping with my daughter & son. It was not the best experience, as my children decided to have disrespectful mouths & horrible attitudes on & off throughout the day. Once our shopping was completed we decided to find a Zaxbys & eat. We found the Zaxbys on Harper Franklin Ave & I believe it was fate. When we arrived my daughter was in a mood & I was ready to cry because my nerves were just shot. (I do want to state that my daughter was diagnosed with Autism & she's 8 years old). Before I knew it a young gentleman, an employee at Zaxbys, went over to my daughter & was talking with her & helping her to choose what she wanted to eat. He actually got her calmed down. It was such a relief. After helping with her he then went over to my son who had just happened to be very disrespectful to me & this young man came to the rescue again. He actually took it upon himself to talk to my son about how he was treating me. I was amazed! He was so great with my kids. I couldn't help but start crying at the cash register. Yall have got to understand how bad my nerves were by this point. It just wasn't a good day. We all have them. We all sat down & ate & I made sure to thank this gentleman & give him the biggest hug ever. Not to long after that I saw this gentlemen go over to the table my daughter decided to sit at & helped her clean her mess & then he went over to the table my son & his friend were sitting at & talked with them for a minute & they exchanged info for Fortnite. The gentlemen, who's name I just learned was David. He came back to the table again to check on my mother & I & of course I hugged him again & told him thank you.“
