My call was answered by Kristi (?sp) and she sweetly assured me that they had the card, it had been secured in case they heard from me and they would mail it first thing Monday morning. “Went through the drive thru an ordered three protein pockets and a sub. However, when I got home I discovered that the protein pockets were a mess as well as the sub. I took it all back and this is where the story took a good turn! Shift lead Jasmine stepped in, solve the problem and where her crew person had failed to take care in preparing the sandwich... And did a full remake herself and let me watch and have input the whole way. She saved my business .“

“I stopped at the travel center and decided to get a sub while there. There was a young lady working and providing great customer service. She is the only employee I saw there, so she may have been holding it down single-handedly, I regret not getting her name, because she deserves recognition.

She was working to serve a few of us customers. She was working quickly but careful to ask for preferences. She even made sure to tell me to take the drink lid from subway as the travel center lids (where you get your fountain drink) may not fit their cups. She was pleasant and efficient. “Waco's Subway off exit 9 of I20 at the Love's Gas Station is FABULOUS! Best service I've ever had at any restaurant, the sweet sammy artist with the blue hair was soooo amazing. She made my sandwiches as if she was making it for herself - exactly how I asked, but with care and it was so obvious that she was being genuine too. A GREAT place to stop for lunch, fresh food, clean atmosphere and Love's is wonderful too! Thanks for giving us a nice break from the road craze! See y'all next time!“

“The service is not fast but isn't slow. The food is good. My son enjoyed his sub. I ordered my sub different than the menu and they graciously fixed. Turned out perfect and I enjoyed every bite. There isn't many places in Buchanan but this is a good place to stop.“

“Passing through coming from Florida, stop here to use the bathroom & decided to stop by Subway since it’s located within the gas station. So glad I did! Cashier/Food Preparer Savannah was so pleasant & she stood out to me. She had changed her gloves twice while handling my food & took them off at the register. The amount of times I had to say some to other workers in other places, it’s ridiculous, they do not change there gloves. I really appreciate Savannah!
