Vegetarian options: Onions rings?..I can't think of anything but French fries or onion rings for vegans..oh bananas.......dairy, beef and chicken ...very non vegan..maybe get some lettuce onions and tomatoes..make your own salad...then make your own salad dressing..hope you like thousand island...ketchup, mayo a little seasoning .maybe Catalina instead of Thousand island ..lol I think that's it for vegan at dairy Queen..but I'll keep thinking about it...oops I just realized the mayo has eggs! My bad..sorry.

Dietary restrictions: This isn't the place if you are on a special diet.....but my oh my..you are missing some delicious unhealthy food ..

“Was there Wednesday May 22nd around 9:30-10:00am and they were just so extremely busy that words just won't do justice on trying to describe the amount of people that only 2 employees were trying to . So there was a total of three employees but one was in the back I guess making biscuits or something and the store manager I think his name was James and a lady were taken care of the drive-thru and the front register . What they were trying to do seem like an impossible task. For them to be doing as well as they were I did not hear any complaints and everything was perfect no wait is a little bit long but everybody completely understand and they can see how hard they were working neither him or the other employee and got aggravated at any customer they treated us all perfectly and continued to apologize the show that I was watching and t be completely screwed with too many customer and not near enough employees.I just want to say I was so impressed and the manager of that store definitely needs a raise for what he's doing I go in there often because I work next to it and every time I'm there I am greeted very very nicely and enjoy whatever food I order

Parking: With the drive-through line being as long as it was it was hard to park and especially hard to back out if the line was behind the car“

“Usually great. Stays fairly clean; even when busy. And the food is always at a good temperature (in my experience). The one male manager I've experienced who was also there today is always super nice, too.
The only thing I strongly dislike is how most of the time if you order on the app or kiosk and select a table tent or table number (marked in the silver circle plates on the tables) to have the food delivered to your table, they don't want to take it to your table and they don't even call your number out until it's been sitting on the counter getting cold for a while. I was there today and a dad was in the playroom with his child waiting for his food. I saw when they placed it on the counter, but they called his number AFTER it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. He couldn't even hear it being called because he was on the other side of a glass wall. Which probably explains why he wanted table service. Not counter service. But I looked in the playroom and noticed his table tent after they called it out and I got his attention to let him know his food was ready. There was also someone else's order sitting on the counter before I even got there and for 18 more minutes afterwards before they called the number out.
My point is, if you request table service, you should receive table service. Otherwise, you're just going to assume they're just taking too long, like the time I stood at the counter for 45 minutes waiting for a to-go order (which rarely happens, but it happens). Don't offer table service if you're not going to comply with the request. Just like when curbside isn't available and it's marked unavailable on the app. Do the same for table service or something. “Jersey Mike’s has surpassed Jimmy John’s and Subway as my preferred sandwich establishment. They are really “A Sub Above!” I even find it superior to CS Chick, located near the mall. Today’s experience was largely consistent with previous visits, characterized by excellent service, attentive staff, and a lively store atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the manager’s friendly interactions with customers and the enthusiasm of her young staff.
Our usual order consists of grilled subs, chicken, or the Philly. The only minor suggestion is to remind the preparer to add additional condiments, as grilled sandwiches are served without them.
Despite this minor consideration, I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s. However, I advise against visiting during weekdays, particularly between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, if you are pressed for time and need to return to work promptly.“

Ty greeted me pleasantly and was willing to let me add to my order only bc I had to wait a few minutes for nacho fries. I was unsure and eventually added to the order w/much help from Ty. She was also very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the items on the menu.
