We had an issue with another vendor in trying to contract for pregame meals for a middle school athletic team, and when I explained our situation Mandy worked with me to contract the same price points and choices that our previous vendor tried to take away. “Please…..for the love of GOD….please stop putting the receipts in or on the fries! Now….hear me out: 1) it’s proven that money, check cards, etc. are COVERED in bacteria - specifically e. Coli. Your cashiers handle those items all day, then handle the receipt then put it in your fries. And… 2) receipt paper has BPA/BPS on it - it’s proven that even touching the paper will get it on your hands - suffice it to say putting the receipt on your food is also a bad idea. Please work with your employees on this SUPER basic principle for cleanliness and consideration. Not asking a lot here but I have asked sooooooooo many times and it seems too much. Anyway. The chicken is pretty good when it’s not dry. The chicken minis and frozen coffee are chef’s 😘 though. Also, Quincy is the best.“

We still like the sandwich shop but what’s up with the slamming door? It slams so hard that I’m afraid the glass is going to shatter. I can’t figure out why the owner with all the foot traffic has ignored this maintenance issue for almost a year or more. If store doesn’t open until 10am, pay somebody to fix the door before opening. IJS…JM at the Mall of GA Exchange doesn’t have this problem.

Jersey Mike’s has surpassed Jimmy John’s and Subway as my preferred sandwich establishment. They are really “A Sub Above!” I even find it superior to CS Chick, located near the mall. Today’s experience was largely consistent with previous visits, characterized by excellent service, attentive staff, and a lively store atmosphere. I particularly appreciate the manager’s friendly interactions with customers and the enthusiasm of her young staff.
Our usual order consists of grilled subs, chicken, or the Philly. The only minor suggestion is to remind the preparer to add additional condiments, as grilled sandwiches are served without them.
Despite this minor consideration, I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s. However, I advise against visiting during weekdays, particularly between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM, if you are pressed for time and need to return to work promptly.“

“Usually great. Stays fairly clean; even when busy. And the food is always at a good temperature (in my experience). The one male manager I've experienced who was also there today is always super nice, too.
The only thing I strongly dislike is how most of the time if you order on the app or kiosk and select a table tent or table number (marked in the silver circle plates on the tables) to have the food delivered to your table, they don't want to take it to your table and they don't even call your number out until it's been sitting on the counter getting cold for a while. I was there today and a dad was in the playroom with his child waiting for his food. I saw when they placed it on the counter, but they called his number AFTER it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. He couldn't even hear it being called because he was on the other side of a glass wall. Which probably explains why he wanted table service. Not counter service. But I looked in the playroom and noticed his table tent after they called it out and I got his attention to let him know his food was ready. There was also someone else's order sitting on the counter before I even got there and for 18 more minutes afterwards before they called the number out.
My point is, if you request table service, you should receive table service. Otherwise, you're just going to assume they're just taking too long, like the time I stood at the counter for 45 minutes waiting for a to-go order (which rarely happens, but it happens). Don't offer table service if you're not going to comply with the request. Just like when curbside isn't available and it's marked unavailable on the app. Do the same for table service or something. “This is a solid Pizza Hut located right in the heart of Buford. Clean, efficient, and great customer service. I finally had a chance to order from Pizza Hut after going exclusive on Papa John's and Dominos for the past several years. I had issues ordering online via their website and app which I think needs a little work. Calling and ordering via phone was the way to go for me and the rep was kind enough to offer me some coupons and specials on the phone!
The pizza quality was excellent and from the looks of it, Pizza Hut really does live up the slogan - No one out pizzas the Hut! Pizza Hut!

Parking was easy and the pizza was ready and hot!

4.3 stars rounded up makes this one a solid 5 for me!
