“Aesthetically, the restaurant is excellent. However, the service and food leaves much to be desired. After arriving early for a 1pm reservations, we were promptly seated. Then, it went all down hill. We ordered cocktails and food at 1:30pm with the cocktails arriving at 2pm and the food at 2:45pm. Not to mention the bartender called in sick, so only mimosas and simple drinks could be made. It's a beautiful atmosphere...for pictures!“

“Atlanta fish market is our go to restaurant. I was disappointed in our experience. Our reservations were for 4 but our table was set-up for 2. It took over 5 minutes for someone to notice and bring water . The service took a long time even though we were eating early and the restaurant was practically empty. This was nit what we are accustomed to with the buckhead life group .“

“I should have taken pics of my food and the drinks, but alas, my eagerness to eat made me forget until it was much too late. Everything was amazingly good.. we had the enchiladas, quesabirria, margarita, and horchata White Russian (who knew that was a thing?!)… and then who can say no to chocolate cake flan? I’m still sitting here contemplating my life choices because I’m way too full to get up, but damn I’m happy.

I haven’t even talked about the decor and atmosphere… such a breath of fresh air! I love the art, the music, the lighting, and the Day of the Dead table are just perfect. To quote OutKast, “so fresh and so clean clean”!“

“I’ve come multiple times and it never disappoints. Keep in mind the menu changes with the seasons. I had the Breaker Breaker bowl with Blackened Grouper. The fish was a touch over cooked so by the end it was too tough. Too many pepitas in my bowl for my liking but otherwise I loved it!! I need the recipe for the coconut rice!! All of the bartenders are great!!“

“Affordable and delicious! This is a must try close to perimeter mall. I ordered 2 entrees ( large piece of grilled fish plus clam chowder and seasoned tots and miso seared tuna with grilled veggies and mixed grains) plus an appetizer for $42. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I have also tried fried cod that was excellent. The booths are really only for 2 people if dining in but seemed like they do a lot of takeout. This is a don’t miss spot.“

“Food was excellent, and it came out fast and hot. Our server was great and accommodating. It's a bit of a hike from where we live. But my husband and I make the drive there at least once a quarter on one of our date nights. It's been worth it every time.“

“Our experience was disappointing due to the service we received from our waitress, Jay. I had a family member visiting from out of town and had told them amazing things about this restaurant, so for this to be their experience was especially disappointing. It took about 10 minutes for her to come to our table, and she did not introduce herself. I had to ask her name. While she was in the middle of taking our order, she interrupted us to confirm the order with the couple next to us, which felt unprofessional and inattentive. When the food came out, my order was wrong. I sent it back and told her I did not want anything anymore. I had also ordered a Sprite that I never received, but it was still left on the check. On top of that, her overall disposition was poor, she was not attentive, and she never came back to check on us. Overall, the service was bad and made what should have been a simple meal a frustrating experience.“

I swear he must have dropped out of the ceiling like he was secretly watching us while baby sitting the crabs up there secretly selecting the ones he knew we would choose! It was very slow when we went around lunch time and 2 boil bags of crab and shrimp took about 15 minutes tops! The host was pretty cool and more so a yes and no type of person but we received what we needed I must say. The food was great, in my opinion. The atmosphere is awesome and the decor is pretty cool. “We crave fried catfish on a regular basis; my husband is from Mississippi, where catfish rules! NO CHIX ALLOWED serve’s mouthwatering, perfectly prepared, fresh, fried catfish and steak fries! It is scrumptious! We will be stopping by every Friday night to start our weekend. Next time, we might try some fresh tilapia or salmon —in addition to another order of catfish. We chose the SEXY COOL DIPPING SAUCE, and that a winner, too! NO CHIX ALLOWED is located in THE FOOD HUB at Sam’s Crossing on E Ponce de Leon in Avondale Estates. Take out only. GIVE THEM A TRY! “I liked the atmosphere of the place. Every table has a place to have bbq if you want. We ordered from the lunch menu. I had the sirloin and tonkasu. It was awesome. My wife spicy pork with vegetables and seafood tofu soup. It was okay. The pork was a bit fatty, and the soup was over salty. The service was really good, and we will definitely be back to try the bbq.“

“Ordered food for myself and my spouse while visiting the area. This was some of the best tasting fish we’ve ever had! Even via Grubhub, it came fast and fresh. I would absolutely order again.The only thing I would say negatively about the experience is no hot sauce included! Please start providing hot sauce (for a charge or free lol) fried fish is not the same without it. Most travelers don’t have any on hand!“
