I ordered the General Taos chicken-it was lunch menu so it came with rice and either spring roll or curry pocket-I tried the curry pocket. The filling was okay but the shell was beautifully crunchy. The chicken was AMAZING! Seasoned well, great crunch- so good. I also ordered hot and sour soup but didn’t even eat it because I was so content. This place is a gem.“

“Really great Chinese breakfast made fresh to order. I loved the crispy garlic chive pie dripping with bright green chive oil, the lamb viscera soup, and the danbing with egg and cruller inside. Don’t let the viscera put you off of trying the lamb soup as it’s just a comforting, savory broth with soft, not chewy or gristly bits of lamb. And don’t forget to get dessert next door at Family Baking afterward!“

“The food was good, but the dim sum offerings were repetitious and limited in selection. We wanted some vegetables such as Chinese broccoli and it simply wasn't available in the carts. We ordered it off of a menu we requested and then of course a cart appears with the broccoli. I really enjoy the Jasmine hot tea here.“

“This place is such a hidden gem. If you like Indian food, you will like Bangladeshi food. They have their differences, but are quite similar. The food is incredible. The naan is fantastic. The tikka moshola is the most delicious curry I have ever tasted. Their mango lassi's are creamy and delicious. It's all great. The staff is also extremely friendly. This place is my favorite restaurant.“

“went there last night at 8, an hr roughly before closing. we are greeted at the door by a young man, who points toward the bar side where there is a live musician. we say we'd like to sit in the quieter, half empty eight area. He freezes, then a woman walks over, glares at us and reverses the seating sign to Section Closed. Struts away, says zero. Im from Philly but eat at TMI frequently. This was intentionally rude and unacceptable, even at Philky standards. That crap would have you fired at my office.“

“Most reasonably priced tacos in the area in my opinion. Most are about $4, so you can eat here for like $15 or less. Love the fried chicken and Memphis tacos. The trio is always a must. Their cheese dip is so good. It’s thinner and a tiny bit spicy. Their chips are thin and crispy too. The employees are really nice and food comes out fast. House marg and frozen margs are both yummy. Beware of a reallyyyy long line on nice nights. We try to get there before 6 to try to avoid the long line.

Parking: Free parking lot but spots are tight and it fills up quick, even though there’s a lot of spots“

They also give you complimentary separate small dishes , of kimchi, another of potatoes, and one of green beans. The entree I had was the Ttukbaegi Bulgogi, a marinated thin sliced ribeye, in a beef stew. This was a wonderful dish, served in a hot pot bowl. Absolutely recommend this on a cool autumn or winter evening.“
