“My wife and I come to Blue Ridge every year. We decided to go to Grace for my 33rd birthday tonight. Hands down the best food I have ever had. We had the filets with a side of creamed corn and broccolini (Chef’s treat). They also gave me a couple of special treats for my birthday and I can assure you I won’t forget the kind gesture. “We enjoyed eating at Southern Charm on our trip to the mountains last week. Never had a bad meal there. My husband and I shared a catfish plate and a jumbo fried shrimp plate. The portions were huge and the food was as always hot and delicious. The prices were very reasonable also. The cheese grits were the best I’ve ever had. I am hoping the chef will please send me the recipe or at least tell me what cheeses were used. We almost came back the very next night to order the exact same thing.…but decided not to over indulge. We do love some fried catfish and shrimp though. We will definitely be back for more soon. The empty plates speak for themselves.”

“CLEAN, and the food is GREAT! Best biscuits and gravy in town. Food is served fast and well prepared. I love their cilantro lime dressing that I get on my rice and bean bowl at lunch. My show loves their cilantro lime fish taco salad( also available as fish tacos). Chicken fried steak is excellent. Staff is also sweet and welcoming.”

“Reservation one month in advance for patio ,asked hostess if that was it out front. Waited 35 minutes she then went to seat us inside, we said outside please waited waited at least 20 more minutes, then 10 more to be greeted. ,med rare 16 oz. Ribeye,was very rare. Potatoes good. G.m.approached every table but ours. I still tipped 20 percent to server, not all her fault. . Never again”

“We had a great time visiting Mercier Orchards! One of the things we loved most was the more relaxed, less hectic atmosphere, which made it easy to take our time and enjoy everything. The views are absolutely beautiful, making it a great place to walk around and soak in the scenery.

The shop is huge and packed with goodies, including a great selection of ciders, jams and jellies, fresh bakery items, and a cider tasting room. There’s plenty to browse and sample, so you won’t leave empty-handed! The petting zoo is a fun addition, and the pond adds another peaceful spot to enjoy the surroundings.

Overall, Mercier Orchards is a wonderful place to spend a few hours, enjoy the mountain views, shop for local treats, and experience a little bit of North Georgia charm without feeling overwhelmed by the crowds. Definitely worth a visit!”

“This is one of my go to restaurants in town. Amazing food, great drinks, and even better company. The staff is attentive and hospitable. Couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood bar/restaurant here in Blue Ridge.”

“This restaurant is fabulous, I have never had an issue until yesterday. I ordered the pabellon criollo plate which comes with sweet plantains. I also ordered a side of fried yuca and a side of avocados. When I got my meal, the sweet plantains were missing and my sides also. I explained to our waitress that I did not get the plantains nor my side dish. She apologized and brought them out to me. When I went to pay, I was charged for the plantains that should have been included in my meal. I explained this to her, but she kept arguing back that no it was extra which it wasn’t. I didn’t argue anymore and just paid it. $4.99 extra, which really $5.00 was not worth arguing for. But the principle of it! Like I said, the food is wonderful and we never had an issue until this. Makes me not want to go back. What a shame.”

We ordered calzones which were cooked to perfection and well balanced between dough and filling, and the marinara sauce was exceptional. We also ordered small chopped salads, which were freshly made and with great ingredients. Definitely give them your business. You will not be disappointed.”

“The Sweet Shoppe baked our wedding cake and WOW. Just wow! It was honestly exactly what we wanted as far as appearance. But the taste!?! We were all blown away! We ordered a simple vanilla cake with buttercream frosting, but this was next level! Everyone got a second piece of cake and EVERYONE talked about how perfect the flavor was. How you take the flavor of a simple vanilla cake to that level of perfection, I’ll never know. The texture was amazing as well! Very moist and light, but also fairly dense! I told my husband he absolutely has to take me by their bakery for cupcakes before we leave Blue Ridge! We will 100% use The Sweet Shoppe again! A truly exceptional experience!!!”

“My wife and I came here for dinner twice while visiting Blue Ridge. The service was fast and the food was excellent. My wife loved the flautas with the white melted cheese on the side. I had a dish called El Cazuelon, which has steak, chicken, and Mexican chorizo (sausage). The dish also comes with plenty of corn tortillas plus rice and beans. I definitely recommend it!”

The food was incredible, and we can’t say enough about the service, Will & Lani gave us such a fun, informative tour, teaching us about how they grow their own grapes and make their own wine from start to finish. Loved learning the whole process! Add in the beautiful views and it was just a perfect day. We will absolutely be back”

“The place feels disorderly. There are too many different things in the place. They need a unifying theme. There is a book store/fantasy gaming area in half the coffee shop. I guess they have to cater to who they think their customer is going to be. I don't know if a coffee shop alone will pay the bills. It is kinda of an unsettling place. The old couches and chairs are direct from a thrift store and I won't sit on them. The outside seating area has been neglected. Years ago different owners had created a different atmosphere. The current owners need someone to come in and make some improvements. I want them to be successful, right now I don't know how they will built a customer base.”
