“We came on 10/20/25 at about 8pm and the food was absolutely delicious. The young man up front was a delight, so kind, asked us if we needed anything else, told us his name, etc. He is definitely an asset to this business and he deserves a raise! Very hard to find good service workers these days so he was a breath of fresh air.“

“I had a really low blood sugar. It was 49 and I felt like I was going to pass out. Trying to act quickly I placed a very out order for a sprite. I felt awful. When I got there I didn’t see it and wondered if I had placed it for the wrong place. The staff, Josh who I believe was a manager, quickly responded. He too is a type 1 juvenile diabetic and understood my urgency. He quickly got me what I needed. Alllowed me to sit down and recover and even checked on me bringing me a cookie. He treated me with so much kindness and compassion and I wasn’t the most pleasant customer because I felt so bad. His professionalism and willingness to help me meant so much. I commend his ability to recognize my distress, remain calm and help me without any delay.“

“Everyone was texting about how great the Crispy Fried Chicken is at KFC on Manchester Expressway. I had to go check it out. Visited it on Feb. 25, 2025 around 5:30PM in the evening. What a treat. I ordered 8 piece for 10, Large coleslaw, 4 fluffy biscuits. It was so many folks wanting the same KFC chicken we had to wait in the parking lot. That says how good the food is. The Service was remarkable, polite,very professional. Dorion was the cashier,a nice young gentleman with long hair brought my order to the car. The chicken was Delicious, hot, ready to enjoy. Great meal for the evening! I will be returning very soon. Thank you!“

“I had gotten a three piece all white from the drive thru on Saturday afternoon got home and had three puny wings in the box. Almost twelve dollars for all white so I expect at least one big breast if not two. Called and spoke to manager on duty, he apologized and told me come back in when I could. Returned on Monday and Demeeka apologized and made it right for me and said the supplier was having issues with the wings as far as size but agreed all white should have had breast pieces.Everyone I dealt with was friendly, the biscuit, sides and chicken were fresh and tasted good just had a kitchen worker that dropped the ball but Church's made it right in the end. As long as Church's thighs stay bigger than most competitors breast pieces we'll keep coming back.
