“I just moved here to Georgia, and was happy to try CSC, because I had seen videos of it on TikTok. I was immediately greeted by the SWEETEST worker! I told Nyla, that it was my first time here at CSC, and she gave me the run down of the menu, popular picks, and let me sample several flavors. My taste buds were blown away, by the different mild, bold, sweet and spicy flavors. I became an instant fan!

Nyla went above and BEYOND with her customer service, made me feel so welcomed and made my first experience here at Chicken Salad Chick such positive and memorable one. I definitely will be returning to get my CSC. The only “negative” part of this first time experience was trying to choose which flavors to take home with me. I kept it to 4, haha.“

“So I’ve been frequenting this establishment for some months now since they opened. Their service has been exemplary since day one and, uncharacteristically of most places in Columbus, they have managed to maintain that level of customer service and rapport that far exceeds almost everywhere else I’ve been here. Chloe, specifically, seems to take the time to get to know the customer and my experience feels tailor made every time, and it doesn’t ever feel like I’m stopping by to do business but visiting friends and getting something along the way, which invariably holds higher intrinsic value than just these g.a.f. Parking: There are times that you have to go all the way down to the other end in order to park, but that’s because you’re in a strip mall and that is to be expected.

Wheelchair accessibility: There doesn’t always seem to be enough handicap parking.“

I went back inside to get a box for my leftovers. Asked McKenzie how long A/C had been off. She said since the a.m 🙄 Needless to say I wrote corporate and e-mail. McAllister’s is lucky their employees stayed today !“

“Entering upon the establishment, it was very clean. The staff did welcome us with a friendly greeting and also as we left. Then I took my food to go and made it home; it was still a good temperature and very delicious.

“Outstanding Service for Our Team’s Large Order Kira, the manager, and her team at Jersey Mike’s in Columbus, GA, were absolutely outstanding in preparing 25 sandwiches for my daughter’s college softball team during their tournament. From start to finish, they made the process seamless. Our order was ready upon pickup, with each sandwich labeled with the player’s name—and they got every detail right! Kira went above and beyond, following up via email and text—even on her day off—to ensure everything was perfect. The team was a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend Jersey Mike’s for anyone in town with a large group. Fantastic service and, of course, delicious sandwiches!“

“This is a good Subway to visit. We went here for a little morning date bc we were so hungry. We got here at like 8:50 in the morning and the guy open the door at 9 a.m. on the dot. The only thing they didn't really have ready would be some of the breads and cookies.

“The customer service was great she was very helpful and polite. She was very patient and polite with my little nine year old, because he wanted to dress his own sandwich without adult supervision. Him and her was having a conversation about his food like they were the same age, it was too cute.“

“We ate here as a group recently for lunch. The location is rather small and cramped, and frankly not very enjoyable to eat in. If you sit in the back you have everyone passing by to use the drink machine, and if you sit closer to the front you have a line of people’s backsides and front sides next to your table. No thanks.\n\nThe food itself was fine. A couple of us had the New York steamer, which is a couple of sliced meats served hot, with mayo and Italian dressing. It was very tasty. The soda, however, was excessively watered down and not worth drinking.\n\nThe major detraction at this location is the perceived lack of cleanliness. The air seemed stale, and it just didn’t seem too clean in there.\n\nThe BIG thing was that I observed an employee on the food line drinking out of a personal cup while assembling which is a big, big big no-no. They grabbed the cup, swigged and then did not change gloves afterwards. I don’t know why some people have to be reminded not to have bad manners.\n\nFood is good here, but get it to go and keep an eye on the health rating.“

“Staff are extremely nice. You don't feel rushed at all. Leaving 4 stars because the store was clean everywhere except the drink station. That was a mess, but obviously from the customers. The drink station was not fully stocked at the time of our visit.“

“I used to go to the Subway on Bradley Park Dr. and went here once just because it was closer. Haven't returned to Bradley Park since! The customer service is great and so much more personal. Everyone is so friendly, and the service is fast without feeling rushed out the door.“
