“My husband and I drive a truck for a living so we saw the road sign for B and J’s. We were able to go and eat here and the shrimp was fresh and the portions were generous and service was great!!! If we are ever back in the area we will for sure be back!!!“

“WOW just WOW. Chef Jerome and the Old School Diner is FANTASTIC. The first picture with Maxine (The Macaw) is 7 years ago and the other two were taken today. We moved away several years ago and so glad to be back in this area. The food (We had the Wheelchair Platter for 3) was amazing. Trust the (MY) Chef and he will take care of you. It is an old school atmosphere filled with family love and more great food than you can eat. You will eat until you are stuffed and still take multiple to go boxes home. Chef Jerome, we cannot THANK YOU and Maxine enough. You are the best host and as you said several times today, you are truly family and we came in for dinner and left with an experience that we will never forget. We can't wait to visit again. “Went to Hey Cuz today for the first time.....Our Steak Phillys had way to much gristle and the wings taste like they flew away with the seasoning (the lady eattimg them said) I will give them another try..can't judge everything by the first time. God Bless“

“Great local joint for food and drinks (and entertainment!). Not sure if they do it often but there were two guys playing music (and doing a great job at it!) as we ate. Great food after a day on the water, and a cool local place to hang out. Bang Bang shrimp, hushpuppies, fries, and blackened grouper all spot on. Well worth the time and effort to get here.“

“Stopped off the highway for breakfast. Not knowing the area or what kind of establishment we were walking into. The parking lot was full; always a good sign. We were able to seat ourselves and start eating. They had a wonderful southern style breakfast buffet open. Biscuits are amazing. Pancakes are delicious. Even the oatmeal and grits were perfect. The ladies working are polite and courteous. I wish I lived closer, I’d eat here all the time.“
