“On a road trip, dashed in for coffee and a break from the car. Many highschool/early college looking students in the dining area, all quietly studying and speaking amongst themselves, very polite group! Clean, with no weird smells, clean bathroom also!!! The young server was just a kind as could be!“

It’s such a hard decision to make once you’re there but the boy who took my order guided me through the whole menu. I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! I also wanna give a special shout out to one employee that seems to have been there for a long time and always makes it a point to come to the window just to say hello, Sabitra, thank you for all you do! In addition, the food is always hot, prepared, accurately, and it’s always given to me by somebody with a smile on their face! “I’m from out of town so I found it to be a hoot that they had a sign like the one in my photo…Donuts looked old so I didn’t get any. We had breakfast sandwiches though and they were good stuff!They also have really nice merchandise for sale. I thought about it, but I have so many cups back home.“

“Food/Drinks are always great! However the service could use a little work. The employees always seem flustered due to the high volume of customer's. Totally understandable! I believe they're doing the best the can! Maybe corporate should get them some more help, or something.... 🤷🏼‍♀️“
