“I am sitting in the Dunkin' today with my kid, having a donut before school. It's busy right now, and the manager just took the time to thank his staff for working hard and managing despite being short-staffed today. More managers should be like this!“

“Drive thru experience was horrible. Wanted $6 meal deal but wouldnt let me substitute sausage for bacon. Then decided to order 3 vanilla filled doughnuts. Give me my order and say sorry we only had 2 of those doughnuts. Would you like to substitute another doughnut. How about here is your money back and the two doughnuts are on us since we dont have anyone competent enough to work the window for $10-15/hour.“

“Whoever is the owner now really has this place together! I ordered door dash and I wanted to make sure all our food would be secured so I called first. The person working assured me everything would be sealed and safe and it was! Our food was delivered still warm, ice was still in our cold drinks and it was all packaged so nicely. And whenever we visit the actual store it’s always clean and people are nice. We so appreciate the friendly atmosphere without feeling like it’s forced or too much which is refreshing compared to most places lately 💖“

It's 9.30 am already 85 ° They have the Umbrellas laying on the floor, instead putting them on the table! I was in the store and 3 customers complained about their order! Look at the restroom! I could go on and on !“

“I’m from out of town so I found it to be a hoot that they had a sign like the one in my photo…Donuts looked old so I didn’t get any. We had breakfast sandwiches though and they were good stuff!They also have really nice merchandise for sale. I thought about it, but I have so many cups back home.“
