“Customer service is great, especially, the manager, Jason and Shirley. I order on the app everyday and they make sure my order is ready when I get there and its always perfect. My son cracks up when he goes with me beacuse they know me by name. Lol“

“Man you wouldn't believe the service at this location Cheryl and Erica are 2 of the best mangers I have every seen I eat in alot and I am just amazed they know right where to be they move from mobile to drinks to cook on top of taking order and they build a amazing crew you can see how well they all work together you can hear the little jokes at laughter between all of them some times soooooo amazing. “Ive been going here for months since its next to my job, and Ive never had any issues with anything they've ever done. The entire staff has been the sweetest people, and I wouldn't recommend any other Dunkin' other than this one. Thank you for the Matcha all the time!“

“This Dunkin’ in Cumming is a super convenient stop for a quick coffee and something to snack on. Orders are usually fast, and it’s an easy in-and-out when you’re on the go.

That said, the service is more of a 4/5—generally fine, but not always consistent depending on how busy it is. When the team is on point, everything runs smoothly; other times it can feel a little rushed.

Overall, it’s still a dependable local Dunkin’ for your routine coffee run, just with occasional off moments in customer service.“

“I just want to praise this location! I hate to admit publicly that I am a regular Dunkin’ Donuts visitor, but I now only go to one location and it’s this location here off of Bethelview in Cumming Georgia. The customer service is better than anywhere I’ve ever been where management, and employees alike seem to genuinely care about their customers and make it a point to go over and above to provide quality customer service! I also wanna give a special shout out to one employee that seems to have been there for a long time and always makes it a point to come to the window just to say hello, Sabitra, thank you for all you do! In addition, the food is always hot, prepared, accurately, and it’s always given to me by somebody with a smile on their face! Thank you to the ownership and management of this location and I will be a customer here for a very long time!“

“I’m from out of town so I found it to be a hoot that they had a sign like the one in my photo…Donuts looked old so I didn’t get any. We had breakfast sandwiches though and they were good stuff!They also have really nice merchandise for sale. I thought about it, but I have so many cups back home.“

“Food/Drinks are always great! However the service could use a little work. The employees always seem flustered due to the high volume of customer's. Totally understandable! I believe they're doing the best the can! Maybe corporate should get them some more help, or something.... 🤷🏼‍♀️“
