“The only reason I am not going with 5 across the board is the gentleman who took our order just couldn't get it right. However, the staff was amazing and constantly asking if we needed anything and even more unique was when they came out and offered us fresh ground pepper for our salads. That was pretty cool.“

“I have love KFC for at least 60 years. My Dad would on occasion get a bucket of chicken on our way home from church. We knew better than ask him to stop there. He worked had to feed up to eight of us. When he pulled into the parking lot and got out it was all Momma could to do calm us down. Momma was a great cook but a bucket of KFC was special!

That was when I was a child. I still love KFC chicken but the service leaves a lot to be desired now.

I quit going inside many years ago. Today I order from drive through and take it home. I have learned to check my order before leaving. Too many times I did not get all that I ordered or a different order totally.

Three months ago I ordered a three piece meal. I wanted three thighs, green beans and corn. They were out of green beans. I got a double order of corn instead. I was not in the mood for mashed potatoes and I eat coleslaw with hotdogs, not chicken.

I went back a month later and placed the same order. I failed to check it because I was in a hurry. When I opened my order it was NOT what I ordered. It was a breast and wing with fries.

You would think I would learn not to go there but it is the only KFC in our area.

Earlier this week I placed the same order for thighs, green beans and corn. I could not believe it when I was told again that they were out of the green beans! I really like corn but come on!!!

I know prices and in many places the serving size of food has changed in the time since Covid showed up here but... what is with all these tiny thighs??? Can't they get portions from adult chickens? I thought it was just a one time order they had gotten. It seems I was wrong because others I have spoken with have mentioned the small thighs and breast.“

Service: Exceptional. Beat the peak lunch rush and never felt rushed. The manager personally checked on our table, and the staff was genuinely friendly.

Food: Everything was fresh and quick. I tried the new grilled chicken and waffle sandwich 10/10, absolute perfection.

Overall: 10/10. Chick-fil-A sets a high bar, but the Jimmy Lee Smith team goes above and beyond.“
