“So I do frequent several Chick fil a restaurants and was never charged for asking on an item placed on the side but this morning I was and I was caught off guard by the charge. I was not sure if things had changed due to the climate of our country at the moment. So naturally I did voice a complain. So the manager, Ireland, called me up to apologize for the error which affirmed that I was not presuming. Now this is what I call a solution to create a customer focused by the organization.“

The other associate who passed my food to me at the window was too busy talking to her friends inside. I actually enjoy Taco Bell but I would of preferred better service since this is a newer location.“

“No McDonald’s deserves more than 3 stars, but this one goes against the grain. I’m not positive, but it feels like this is a franchise, and the owner is killing it. Great service, always really clean, and most importantly of all, they mostly consistently deliver the best of the best a McDonald’s can be.

“Good food. Service is usually okay, but nearly every time I go they do mess up my order - typically forgetting something or giving too many of one item. I have occasionally received items that I didn't even order. The last few times that I've been there I've been asked to pull up and wait or pull around to the other side of the building and wait. Sometimes they seems to have an attitude when talking over the intercom, rushing you through your order.“

“What a great experience we had through the drive thru today. We wanted to try the Krabby Patty meal. The young man who took my order was very friendly. I feel I could hear the smile on his face. He asked if I would like my krabby patty meals single, double, or triple! Wow really. Score that triple for the hubby. He was friendly and professional. The young man who gave us our frostys and food was just as friendly. Costumer service was excellent! Got home and dug in and we were not disappointed at all. Great job Wendy’s at this location.
