The comments on political $h&I! on TV…is just ? & obvious. Enjoy your meal here if your visiting or moved to the surrounding areas. Georgia has so much great food already. Happy that Brooklyn Joe’s can offer a taste of the North.”

“Applebee's has my favorite mozzarella sticks you can order at a sit in restaurant so that's my own personal bias, they actually give you a decent amount per order in my experience. Also as long as they have 50 cent boneless wings I'd give 5 stars for sure you can't beat that deal.”

Olive Garden is very reliable, but this was one of the best.

Vegetarian options: They have the bottomless salad. I'm not that keen on bowled salads, but I always enjoy the salad here. Pastas and other options are available for vegetarians in your party, but cheese is a standard part of half of the menu, so vegan might find it difficult.

Kid-friendliness: It was extremely quiet when we came in through the front door... To the point that I had to lower my voice.
So, although it is very accepting of kids, parents might feel that their children are too noisy. If you have quiet kids, then you won't, have any stress here.”

“Julio and Claudio made sure we had a great 70th birthday experience. They put the sombrero on the birthday "boy" and brought the lit tray of 70 candles we snuck in beforehand out with dessert. Then they and their crew sang Happy Birthday in English and Spanish. The guests were thrilled! And on top of it, the food was absolutely wonderful! Love this place.”

“This place is my guilty pleasure! I used to go to the Varsity downtown when I was a kid after Braves games and remembered the long lines and yelling and just couldn’t wait to get some greasy food and go try to find a place to sit. Well now all of that is way up here in Dawsonville without the wait and plenty of seating! I basically was able to walk up within seconds of arriving and order the same things I always did and it still tastes the same as it did back in the 70’s and 80’s!!

My favorite is the Chili Burger and Chili Dog Combo with the Onion Rings. They are so greasy but so tasty! They have this cayenne pepper shakers at the tables you can sprinkle anything you want to add some heat to. They have plenty of outside seating as well to enjoy on a nice day. Every time I’m up this way I can’t help but stop by!!

Stellar service never once has my water cup been even close to empty and the little yummy chippies never burnt. “What an amazing pizza joint! While Christmas shopping in the Dawsonville area we came across Grandma's NY Pizza, and WOW! I've had pizza in NY before and this place is hands down the most authentic tasting since my last trip to NY. We loved the connolis we grabbed for a sweet treat too!

“I stumbled upon this place and I'm so glad I did! You wouldn’t expect a wings and burger joint to serve amazing bulgogi bowls, but all their Korean dishes are delicious. The dumplings are fantastic, and the marinated cucumbers are a must-try. I live in Cleveland and make the drive to Dawsonville just to eat here. The father-son duo running the place is incredibly nice and welcoming. You should definitely check them out!”

“The prices seemed a bit high just looking at the menu, but the portions were large and the food delicious. Worth every penny. I had the chopped steak which was smothered with mushrooms,carmalized onions and a garlic sauce. My friend had Parmesan crusted chicken which she thought was exceptional. Our server was Dominic. He was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. He made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Would like him to be my server next visit.”

“Disappointed in the consistency. Every time I come with my daughter and get her a kids scoop, it is a different size, sometimes half a scoop and sometimes a whole scoop. I wish I knew more what to expect when I ordered the kids meal because otherwise I would just get her a regular combo to ensure a full sized scoop. Otherwise, we love this place.”

“What a great experience we had here with a large group to celebrate a birthday! We sat at the hibachi table with nine people. Our server was prompt & courteous. We had a sushi appetizers & it was fantastic. We had almost every type of seafood, beef & chicken hibachi & it was all absolutely delicious. When the lobster & steak was cooked perfectly. The portions are huge & we all brought half of our meals home. Great service & delicious!”

“Fried pollock fish was tasty, the fried okra spot on. and the green beans were well seasoned. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal.
I like that you can swap out the hush puppies for a hot, yummy, soft bread stick.

If those fish fillets get any smaller, they are going to be mere fish sticks. Seems like those fish have been scalded in hot water and their portion size has shrunk!
I enjoy the value meals for senior aged customers on Sundays and Wednesdays which include your choice of beverage.
Staff was helpful and kind.

“I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to say the people and service tonight left me speechless. I pulled up at the drive through and made my order and when I was finished ordering I went for my wallet and noticed I had left it at home. I told the person over the speaker that I was very sorry but had left my wallet at home. He hesitated and then said no worries pull to the second window and he told me to pull to the first window and retrieve my order with a smile that left me feeling so grateful and I said to myself there is still kindness left in our city. With that being said I want to thank the staff for there kindness and generosity!!!!!!”
