But what truly sets this location apart is Fernando. Whether he’s at the cashier or working in the back, he’s always there with a smile and an incredibly polite attitude. He genuinely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Need something? Fernando’s already on it. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently brings that kind of energy and care to their job, and it really makes a difference.

“I found Appletree Deli next door to Dunkin’ Donuts and noticed a picture of a Ruben sandwich in advertising on the window. I LOVE a good, true Ruben and hadn’t had the pleasure of eating one in years. So I immediately got out of the car, only to notice the were closed for the weekend. Needless to say, I returned that Monday and was warmly greeted by Matt and Ryan. I told them how excited I was about the Ruben and a few minutes later I was presented with one of, if not The most delicious sandwich’s I’ve ever eaten! I Highly recommend Appletree Deli! Along with the Ruben I ordered their homemade potato salad and a dill pickle. Both perfect! And the portions are generous! I expect every item on their carefully planned menu is First Class. “Sub Base, in the early 90s, was the absolute best sandwich you could get. Fresh baked bread piled high with all the "fixings". It's been a long time since I had the opportunity to re-visit the place (35 years) and I gotta say... DAMN IF They Don't STILL HAVE A GREAT SANDWICH!! The current owners, for the last 14 years, Not only kept the Sammy the best but they added Dandy Donuts. AND THEY ARE KILLER TOO! Hot and fresh just like the sandwiches. “Authentic viet sandwiches, packed with flavor and doesn’t skimp out on toppings and meat, which some banh mi places do. We ordered bbq pork (#8), regular pork (#9), beef (#14), and combination (#16) sandwiches and all were amazing!!! It’s a bit of a drive but we’ll worth coming here, it’s hidden in a shopping center so people typically miss it but you have to come and check this place out! They also have side dishes as well like egg rolls (they were good) & drinks to go along with your sandwich. Quick service and friendly people, the owner Huy is a sweet older gentleman who takes your order and helped gives us the recommendations for a couple of the sandwiches.“

“What a great experience. Needed catering for an event for 145 individuals and Jersey Mikes came through! The store manager Leyana was amazing.They packaged everything so well and delivery was on time! Sandwiches were fresh, packaged with a cookie, condiments and napkins. Great for easy clean up. We were also able to order gluten free and vegetarian option which was a huge plus. Highly recommend for catering. The guys who delivered were also great!

I just had the best turkey sandwich I’ve had in a while. With fresh bread, bright, fresh vegetables (not a single vegetable dull in color similar to subway has now) and HAND SLICED TURKEY (yes, this is freshly sliced turkey right in front of your eyes, not precut) and a great variety of chips and drinks, I was very satisfied.

The attention to detail is amazing as even the sauce was drizzled perfectly on the bread, not just doused into your sandwich like subway. This is one of the last Blimpie’s in town with a very kind owner, and like all sandwich shops I have been to for the past while, the quality never caved with inflation.

“I tried this place through catering and had to go try the real restaurant. I got the chicken salad melt with the grape salad and it was great. My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and a scoop of Dixie chick on the side. My son got a spicy pimento cheese BLT and he enjoyed it. And we ordered a trio just to try even more flavors. The crispiness of the croissant melt was the very best. They actually mixed up one of my scoops and gave me the wrong one so I didn't get to try the one with the pineapple so I was sad. We ordered chips and it was perfect. Our least favorite was the pasta salad and our most favorite was the grape salad. The cake did not taste like white chocolate and it was okay.“
