“As many times as we have been to this Arby's, we have received slow service, and not the right order until today. The lady working the drive thru when I called the manager said it was her assistant manager Mary, she has 2 hummingbird tattoos on her arm representing the dates of her parents she took care of she told me after I asked. We had a very large order, and she was so patient, kind, and helpful, and the service was very quick for our order, and absolutely flawless! Because of her I called the manager to give her a good report and was told her name is Mary. She is amazing!!!! Management needs to do everything they can to keep her there because she is a great, caring, cheerful, and on point employee which is very hard to find these days!
