“As many times as we have been to this Arby's, we have received slow service, and not the right order until today. The lady working the drive thru when I called the manager said it was her assistant manager Mary, she has 2 hummingbird tattoos on her arm representing the dates of her parents she took care of she told me after I asked. We had a very large order, and she was so patient, kind, and helpful, and the service was very quick for our order, and absolutely flawless! Because of her I called the manager to give her a good report and was told her name is Mary. She is amazing!!!! Management needs to do everything they can to keep her there because she is a great, caring, cheerful, and on point employee which is very hard to find these days! “What an amazing group! I was so impressed with this team. I showed up during lunch rush with an order of 6 giant subs. I could tell there was already a lot of action as they were filling to go pick up orders, building party packs and taking care of the customers in front of me. The lady in front of me just ordered 4 subs, so I was afraid to ask for 6, however, the team all worked in their zones and systematically worked through everyone's orders with out panic or frustration.
