“We recently took our friends to spend an afternoon at Engelheim Vineyards. Everything was wonderful - nice wines, yummy British pies, charcuterie, beautiful scenery, and relaxing live music. The place is family owned and the owners are attentive and engaging. We went to see the wedding venue there and it is lovely! We highly recommend this vineyard in Ellijay!”

“Went in today to check out the vineyard and was recommended the Chimney Red. It did not disappoint very happy with the recommendation! Beautiful vineyard and definitely suggest checking it out. There wasn’t much going on as it’s a Monday but still a beautiful place. Lots to offer! Would love to check it out on a weekend !!”

“We’re out of towners in Ellijay to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We almost ate someplace else because of some negative reviews about having to wait so long to get their food. We were seated immediately and our orders taken within 5 minutes. We had our food in 15-20 minutes. We’re glad we ignored the bad reviews and took a chance. Good food and plenty of it.”

“Great value! I had a bacon cheeseburger all the way. The patty was fresh (never frozen), flavorful, and juicy. The toppings were fresh and the bun was delicious. The crinkle fries were cooked just right too! My husband got the butterfinger shake and cheese steak sandwich and both were amazing! You'll pay more at McDonald's for a far inferior experience. The customer service was excellent. I look forward to coming back again soon.”

“Love the store. It has everything you're looking for in health food items. I purchase there when visiting Ellijay. The only complaint I would have is that I overheard the person behind the counter scaring a customer about certain things. Like taking the covid shots and how you will die after 5 years. They truly should stick to selling health food items and try not to scare their customers away.”

“There are 4 of us that travel together and we are always trying different restaurants. This is the first time all of us were extremely pleased with our food. My burger was the best I've ever had! I tried tasting just the meat, and omg I could have ate just the patty by itself it was so flavorful and juicy!”

“We were heading home from Blue Ridge, GA and wanted a local breakfast. Our daughter found you online and we are so glad she did. We had french toast, bacon, eggs, grits, egg bake with gravy and of course pancakes. Our granddaughter loves pancakes and you can tell she’s happy! ? It was all delicious! We also enjoyed the couple playing and singing. What a great way to end our vacation.”

They asked what we would like on the all you can eat bar and immediately started cooking them :-) the guy who helped the kids pick out toys with their game tickets was super patient and kind. Women’s bathroom was shut down due to painting? That sucked. Otherwise kids had fun.”

“Somewhat of a hole on the wall. Located in an old strip mall. Seems popular with the older locals. Wife praised the hamburger & onion rings. Mother-in-law liked her ground sirloin. I had no complaints with the fried chicken, turnip greens, & green beans. Would not order the mac & cheese again - tasted like a knockoff of Kraft mac & cheese, but not as good. Overall, we'll go back.”

“I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to try the Cajun Depot Grill. The food was so fresh, so hot, and so delicious. Service was excellent. Prices were comparable to The Roof, Butcher and Bottle, and other non-chain restaurants in Ellijay. We will be returning often.”
