“I have eaten at Jimmy Johns in Cartersville several times. Each time the food was excellent. Today we ordered delivery and a very nice young lady delivered to us quickly and with a smile. Ordered the new Tuscan Italian wrap and it was delicious!“

“One of the best subways I've been to. Young man behind the register named Muhammad knew the menu very well, very courteous, and made my order quickly. I would go back just because of the positive customer service I received. People complain the younger generations do not have customer service skills. Muhammad is an example that proves that theory wrong.“

“I have been to this location a couple times and have always had a good experience. Couple of days ago, I was in the area and decided to stop for lunch. A special call out for the young man, on his 3rd day working and I happen to be his first sub customer. I could tell he was a bit nervous preparing his first sub, but was excited to work, excited to see customers and eager to learn the process. I have to say that the sub was as great as the young man’s attitude! Job well done!“
