“Honestly, I rarely review fast food spots because it's usually the same ole hit or miss. This location was exceptionally clean and organized. After ordering at the self serve kiosk, Dakota served our meal at our table. She mentioned that she didn't like that the fries weren't hot and fresh, so she would be bringing more out to us. We told her it really wasn't necessary but she insisted. As we ate our meals, we saw her running around doing everything - cashier, serving, fries, and to go orders! She deserves a promotion and a raise. You could tell she took pride in her job. I hope everyone has the same impression going here. I was sad to see such terrible past reviews. It must be under new management now because this was one of the best McDonalds experiences I've ever had.“

“This is, hands down, the BEST Italian restaurant in Cartersville----clean place (clean *restrooms*, too!); smiling, friendly staff; great food... AND when the food is brought to you, they shred fresh mozarella cheese onto your food, as much as you want (never saw that anywhere else, even those "high-end" Italian places in other cities). The prices are reasonable, and Fazolis coupons are sent out into the mail regularly, making prices even more reasonable (if you live locally).“

“I want to say a mighty big thank you to the great people at the Acworth Georgia , Culvers for going above and beyond in returning my purse. My husband and I were driving through and and stopped to eat. Food was great. After Leaving and traveling over a hundred miles I realized I did not have my purse, knowing Ciphers was the only place had stopped, my husband called them and sure enough a waitress had found it and turned it into the manager who placed it the safe. My husband called my phone which was in my purse it was answered by the manager. They verified that I was indeed the owner, he contacted the restaurants owner to see what the store policy was regarding this situation. The owner contacted us and he had my purse sent back to me high priority. When I offered to pay for the shipping he refused to be reimbursed. Stated he would want someone to do the same for him. I say this goes a long way about the integrity of this company. They really do live up to their motto of being one of the family. Also want to say that nothing was taken out of my purse. Thank you Patrick, Dominick and Skip for all that you did.“

“My husband and I decided to have dinner at Freddy’s today at the Cartersville location. We typically order the same thing every time we go which is a #4 patty melt combo w/chili cheese fry's. On this particular day “Big kudos to one of the employees by the name of Andrea” for taking care of us when another customer accidentally took our order from the counter. She was so nice, and apologetic for what happened and made sure to expedite our order to minimize us waiting even longer. Once completed she even brought it over to the table again apologizing. This made all the difference in our overall experience with Freddy’s and we’ll definitely be returning.“

“Stopped here while passing through on our way home. Food and service were both outstanding. Very clean everywhere. We had two new puppies with us and sat in the outside area. Typically in a setting like this you would have to worry about food on the ground. Not here. All clean.“

“A family lunch on a Sunday after church. Yes they were busy but the kitchen staff had it together. There were five of us in the group and we all had a different dish.Food was enjoyed by all! I had the ruben sandwich with corse ground mustard and sweet potato tater tots. Delicious food!“

“Next to the Baseball Field where my kids were playing so the place was very busy. Took a little longer but no different if you were to go to any sit down joint. Ordered the catfish basket and it was well worth the price paid. Burgers and hotdogs are very basic, nothing fancy and that's what was expected. Nice little "Ma and pop's" Place. Will definitely hit it up again next time we are at the baseball fields.“

“Dang good brisket and drunken Thai noodles. My plate is an infusion of the best of both worlds and set to the spice level of my choice (1-5). Menu hack is to order brisket sandwich without the bun & drunken noodles without meat then topping your noodles with brisket.“

“First time visitor, I ordered the California roll bowl, it was so delicious. The servers were really nice and attentive. They had no issues answering all of my questions, and patiently waited until I was ready to order. The food was really fresh, and made right in front of you. My only wish is that the Tops have a little room to prevent the sauce from sticking. Other than that, 10 out of 10.“

“The food was good. The service was fine. I have only one complaint. I always get waffle fries during breakfast hours at other locations; this one apparently does not do this. I was very disappointed. I feel that it should be consistent across the board.“

“We went to culvers right when it was about to close. But they did accommodate me. I wanted the veggie harvest burger, surprisingly it was good. I was very impressed with the quality and taste honestly. And the service was so so quick. There’s a lot of meat options tho.Vegetarian options: Veggie harvest burger is pretty good“

“Several subway options in town but decided to give this one a try. Food was extremely fresh, and the service was amazing. The employees were extremely friendly, and the store was very clean. Will return in the future, as other ones in town aren't the best.“

“Great service overall and very clean. Cashier was very nice and made conversation with me at the register. Another employee was actively wiping down tables and cleaning the dining room during lunch rush, which was great to see. He also offered to take my trash once I was finished eating.A fryer alarm was set off while I was eating and it continued to ring the entire time I sat inside. Mildly annoying but I think it just may have been a lack of staff members able to step away from their position to tend to it.Parking: Very small parking lot, it may be difficult to find spots during peak hours if you are dining in.“

“Came here yesterday with my family and it was awesome. It wasn't a very long wait at all when they asked me to move up in drive thru. Our order was correct, and my husband and son were very happy about their meals. I loved the chicken wraps!!!“

“We all know Five Guys has some pretty awesome burgers and fries. I wish I could give them 5 stars but y'all. Over 10 bucks for a burger?! I can go to Chili's and get an Ultimate Bacon Burger delivered to my table WITH FRIES for 11 bucks. This 5 Guys here in Cartersville does have one thing Chili's doesn't - and that's Yashika. She is the sweetest, friendliest fast food employee in the history of fast food. It's almost worth getting ripped off when you have such excellent service. Heaven help them if Yashika gets a job at Chili's, though....A juicy bacon burger dripping with Honey Chipotle AND amazing service?? Cartersville would never be the same!“

“Update: The owner called my phone within minutes and was very pleasant and Apologized for everything and asked what he could do to make it right. I greatly appreciate him calling and will be returning to get food tomorrow and as long as everything goes good many more times to come!! They do have the best Chicken by far ?They are supposed to be open till 6 and that is never the case so after calling at 12 to see what time they would be closing and getting told 4 or 5 I called at 3:04 today and placed a order I was told it would be ready in 20 to 30 mins my husband drives all the way there and was told the owner who took my order left and didn't make the food and the person there can't make any. Worst customer service ever. Sad because their food was good and now we won't be going back!!“

“Picked up dinner for myself and a friend, and since he requested a double cheeseburger (wasn't on the menu) I thought it sounded good myself. Our burgers were literally the best burgers either of us had eaten in years-- we think it was ground chuck they used, absolutely fabulous, we both ate slow since they were so good... Heartily recommend! Also were the only ones in the restaurant. Great experience!“
