“This place is a true gem especially if you like wings. When I went out didn't take me long at all to get my food. The wings were so crunchy and delicious, couldn't get enough of it. Mac and cheese was delicious as well.... Wish the Mac and cheese portion was a little bigger that's my only tiny complaint also wish it was open more often. “I have been here twice now and can say this is just a really fun experience. If you enjoy craft cocktails, or just even something different than the usual fine dining scene GO! You will not regret it.

Onto the details! (without giving too much away). Prepare for like a tasting menu of cocktails. The times I have been there have been 4 cocktails, each paired with a bite of food, and an amuse-bouche. The experience is themed around a 70s-90s cult classic movie that rotates a couple times a year. So far I have been to Karate Kid and Pulp Fiction. They try to do everything they can to lean into the themes, which makes for some really fun drinks (and glasses).

It takes about an hour and a half and there are add-ons as well, I would always recommend the bump, and they probably will too. If you are a big drinker you can supplement with an additional craft cocktail, which are also delicious. If you are a light weight no worries, the standard menu will treat you just right.

The food bites are usually really good for what you would expect out of a taco joint in a bus... Think a mix between bar food and fine dining while trying to adhere to the theme. All together really good flavors and fun bites.

The service, atmosphere, food, and drinks are all top notch. It is just a really fun night, this spot makes for a great date night. Let loose, get into it, and have a great time.

Some tips:
It is two to a table, probably not the place to crowd in with 12 of your friends, although apparently the later serving can get rowdy.

“Best food in the city hands down. It’s a hidden gem and if you’re a foodie like me you’ll love it. Everything from the wings, splits, chili dogs, tacos on Tuesday and the soul food on Sunday is amazing. There has not been one thing that has come out that kitchen I didn’t love ❤️ ❤️ 😋 on Friday nights from 12am til 4am they do midnight brunch and the fish and shrimp and grits will be the best you’ve ever had. Bee Glad Lounge is definitely a 10 out of 10. The vibes are so chill, the music is always on point, there’s a pool table, axe throwing, slot machines in the game room if that’s your thing. They even do .50 wing Wednesday like they will have you big backing everyday lol You have to try it.“

First let me say, the bartender Ashlen was fantastic!!!! She was attentive and went over beer and food options with me. I had the Pernicious IPA and she recommended the Italian flat bread! Food, drink, and service was a 10/10!!!!

“Surprised this place wasn’t busier because we had a wonderful time! Cocktails were excellent — especially the You Only Live Twice, a must if you like gin or vodka. For apps we tried the Snapper Ceviche and the Smoked Trout Croquettes. The ceviche was fresh and bright, but the croquettes stole the show — don’t miss them!
We both had the Salmon Curry with green chili, rice, garbanzo, and green papaya slaw. Absolutely delicious and beautifully plated.
Service was great, and sitting outside on a beautiful night made it even better. Parking was easy in the Edge Apartments garage.

“I’ve been going to Buteco for years — their cocktail menu is solid and the bartenders are always super helpful. Their small bites are DIVINE (chicken coxinhas, maduros, yucca fries) but their birria tacos make me lose sleep. They’re SO good! It’s also a cute and safe neighborhood to walk around. Parking is free!“

Guaranteed everyone is welcome here, and I mean everyone. It’s diverse from the clientele to the staff and if you have a problem with that then this is certainly not the place for you. On top of feeling safe every time I come here the music is always on point and the drinks are always fire and reasonably priced for a club environment. The staff is kind and attentive from the second you walk through the door. As someone who has worked in nightlife before I know it’s very difficult to make a club feel safe while also working with a million moving parts and you can tell this team puts their heart into it from security to the bar. Sure the lines are long but the wait will always be worth it. Ive lived in nyc, sf, and la and even so I don't think I ever found a place quite like pisces, where you never have to sacrifice good music and a good time for safety and community or anything of the sort. “I went out with some friends after attending the opening night of The Atlanta Black Theatre Festival. We had loads of laughs, and our waiter joined in and added to the laughter. The menu is very limited and geared towards patrons with a slightly more sophisticated pallet than the average person. I believe I had The Bronzino, which was trout on a bed of veggies with a special red sauce.
The fish was cooked to perfection with a nice crunch on the outside and juicy and flavorful on the inside. The veggies were the perfect size and had a nice soft crunch to them as well. The sauce was bursting with flavor!
I should've taken a Pic of my plate afterwards, cuz it was clean! Lol
We sat on the patio. It was nice, but they never turned the patio lights on, so the lighting was very dim. But it was a cool atmosphere.“

“Nice food selection for a bar. Fast service, even with just 3-4 people working they were handling the crowd well. 2 nice adequate restrooms. Drinks strong, didn’t like the heavy salt on the Paloma-should have ordered it without. Rum Punch and Espresso drink good.

-okra portion size is too small. Too much salt on them. Great fresh cook just give more and use less salt.

-Brussels are too oily and buttery-you can see the butter heavy. Good portion just too much butter.

-Brisket Taco-Great value and I loved the BBQ taste. General flour tortilla shell but at least it’s toasted. Would’ve liked the option of fresh corn shell but I understand this is a bar. Was about to order more food, but I already ate. Prices are good all around: pool tables, games, nice chill vibe with some outdoor rooftop seating. Entertainment on some nights. For the overall experience, it’s pretty close to a five star if not already five star to you. If someone gives it a four star, it is the kind of four star that with improvements could easily be a five star, and this could be quite the regular hangout spot for some. Adequate parking on the street and in the rear.“
