I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.“

“We come here quite often cuz I love their steak pasta, it’s always really good. Today we had Abbi for the first time as our sever and she was awesome! It’s always a hit or miss if we get rolls, even when we ask for them, but she made sure to bring us some and even offered another basket fresh out of the oven. She also checked on us a few times and was very friendly in general. Definitely had to leave a review this time cuz she was awesome!“

They stand in line for counter service. On Saturday morning every fast food place gets plenty of customers. But if you want Hardee's, the line is around the block, inside and outside!! That's not because servers are slow, no. It's because everyone chooses Hardee's as the best tasting food, period. I can't understand why they don't serve breakfast all day!! They would get the business, that's for sure! Instead, the parking lot is empty all afternoon and night! Do they not want to make a load of money? Services for breakfast all day is what people want. “I prefer cookout over other fastfood joints in this area simply because the staff is always respectful and nice to us at the drivethrough! Food is hot and fresh at all times, good deal for the price, we like this location a lot! Thanks you guys!“

“I was doordashing, stopped in to pick up the order, never been to this location before. The manager was at the door and politely opened the door for me and automatically greeted me and was so sweet! He could read me quick and showed me where to pick up the order and really impressed me. If I had not already gotten a new job I would have asked for his name and let him know I would apply. I would work for him in a Heart beat! When complimenting to another worker she seemed very proud of her manager and was very happy to hear my review. That told me this man knows how to run a business, how to treat his employees and still be amazing! Keep up the awesome work!!“
