Helen, GA has so many German food spots and this is one that is good and conveniently located in the heart of the downtown shopping area. Come specifically for the pretzel! It is imported from the mother country. The texture is amazing and their included sauces of mustard and some kind of butter was amazing. Service was a bit slow due to short staffing everywhere so you must be patient. German beer is delicious as always. The schnitzel leaves much to be desired, I'll avoid it next time. Sides were good and staff was friendly.

Went in on a rainy day in Helen on my birthday and Robbie was our server. Great guy, very caring and attentive to our needs. Can’t say enough good things about this place, been coming here for years, the best Reubens in town! Best service and ambience as well!
