“We enjoy the Winder location for dinner and Sunday brunch and decided to try the Monroe location. We were looking forward to a nice evening out, but due to the service we won't be back to Monroe. The food was good, when we finally received it. We had a reservation and once we were seated, we waited 20 minutes for our server to come and greet us and ask for our drink order. No one came over until I went to the front counter to ask who our server was. The food arrived an hour after being seated. The atmosphere was loud and crowded. I much prefer the Winder location and we will only be going back there in the future.“

Went back yesterday for the first time, and found that the burger is smaller, with prefab formed patties. While the chips were very good….I was disappointed with the burger based on previous experience. Sad because previously the Carolina was a great burger. “My sister and I love going to Ruby Tuesday's in Winder, GA. Their food is excellent and Desiree always waits on us and she is the best. She is very attentive and makes sure our visit is great. They have the best spinach dip around and everything we have ordered has been excellent.“

“The food was delicious. We were there to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We got the clams and mussels for an app, shared a Caesar salad, and both got the sea bass which was phenomenal. Hubby had a Pinot Grigio and I had an espresso martini. Both were excellent. The manager, Cam, was wonderful and attentive, and our server, Maria was perfect - checked on us just the right amount! “My husband and I went for a late lunch (around 2:30p), both of us got the Ribeye, broccoli & rice pilaf. The steaks were cooked well (med rare), but were a bit thin and WAY over-seasoned. The amount of salt & pepper on them was so much so that the black pepper was getting stuck in our teeth! And the salt content almost made me slightly nauseous...as im, my blood pressure went up, I could FEEL it, and I don't have BP health issues!
I know the joking 'stigma' about us 'unmelanated' folks feeling that 'salt is even too spicy for us', but that's definitely not the case with me -- I'll just say this: I have to turn down the offer of jalapeños in our cheese dip, but that's for everyone else at our table; this girl loves her spicy foods! So, with that being said; when BLACK PEPPER is burning your face off, well, that's because they put way too much black pepper on there. Steaks should have flavor, you shouldn't only taste the seasonings...what are they covering up? Why the flavor masking; what are they trying to HIDE?! Spices are meant to compliment the food, to enhance it's natural flavors...NOT to drown them and get stuck in your teeth. ?

Anyway, to make a longer-ish short post *even longer*: The food looked and smelled great, butnthe Ribeye was a bit skimpy in thickness and ALL of it, everything, was absolutely doused in salt and black pepper...?“

“Nothing like a 500$ Mothers day lunch for a buffet that was empty the entire time and people were having to use dirty plates multiple times because there were no plates. . I heard lots of people complain and the owner was very rude to them and said buffet wasn't empty when over 60% of containers were empty. We made 6 or 7 trips to buffet searching for food..there was never and shrimp, hashbrown casserole, or many other things. It's sad that an owner can't just say sorry we are working on it. I even saw him hollering at one lady and a man who complained. I would not recommend this place for a special occasion..and with their crappy sanitation grade and rude owner we will not be back.“

They used to have GREAT mozzarella sticks, however like most restaurants when customers discover a "Favorite" they change the recipe and it's just never the same. WHY do restaurants do that!! If it's not broken people let's not fix it. The ones they have now are sufficient and will "Hit the spot" of your craving. They are always hot and pair the best with the honey mustard sauce. Enjoy.“
