“I've been about a dozen times between 2025-2026. The service is the best anywhere - I know they're quite careful about that. I've tried many dishes from steak, seafood, to a variety of sandwiches. I've never been disappointed. Most staff remember me by name and are always beyond the friendliest of servers - always attentive to customer needs and preferences. Jimmy's gets my highest.”

I have traveled to 45 of the 48 continental states, tried BBQ in most of them. I got sent to the area for the first time, parked at Loves and thought 'how great, there's a massage place, Barber, market (read smoke shop with beer and liquor) and some BBQ!!' The guy who worked at the smoke shop was great, prices were good, and he told me the food folks moved...

Then it happened... I walked 42 seconds to the food... Ordered brisket, Mac and cheese, and fried okra. Now, I've never tried fried okra before, but it's now my hands down favorite because of this place. I didn't expect some yellow kinda rice, but it too was great, especially for just a bit of rice... I tried the Mac and cheese... My stomach thanked me, my brain dumped endorphins by the bucket load!! My arteries are SO mad at me for enjoying the Mac and cheese SOOOOO much... Then there is the brisket....

This place has the secret backdoor to Heaven, hand to God! Now, understand that I pride myself in smoking and seasoning tri-tip, thinking I have ANY idea how to cook meat.... LeeLee (spelling?!) or whoever actually makes the food here.. In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti or whatever the Catholics say..... Bless you for the literally life changing experience of tasting your food!!! I've heard it said that some things are good enough that it will make you want to slap your momma.... After a single sampling of THIS food.... I'm slapping the peace out of my momma.... My friends.... My kids.... The priest, pastor, AND the father... I might even slap the living hell out of a random kid!!! Suffice it to say, I'd crawl through hell, broken glass, salt and vinegar, lemon and rubbing alcohol to get back to this place!!! Changed my entire definition of what actually great food, and especially what barbeque is SUPPOSED to be!!!”

“I’ve heard of this place from many people. I have the luxury of working in Jackson for a couple days, and I had to try them. The place doesn’t look like much, but all the flavors are behind the door. Good food, good atmosphere, and great owners. The only thing that beats the food are the prices. If I get the luxury of coming back to Jackson Georgia, I’ll be eating here again.”

“The size states 14 inch for a large. Nope, not true, just about 10 inches. The pizza is slimy and gooey, absolutely disgusting. Save your money, will never purchase again. I do not recommend this pizza.🤮”

“Went to this location 15 minutes before they were closing. Still received hot, fresh food with pleasant customer service! All the sauces I ordered were in the bag. The parking lot was clean & easy to maneuver through. A lot of times restaurants will give you bottom of the barrel food right at closing time. I could tell everything in my order was cooked fresh after I ordered it. I will definitely be going back to this location.”
