“I came in with my boyfriend the other day to grab a quick drink. Drinks were just okay. He got the mango blast, it didn’t really taste like mango. I got one of their green smoothies, it was good but not the best. It also took about ten minutes to take my order and another ten minutes to get the drink.

The aesthetic in the store is cute and it’s very clean inside. Quiet and a good place to study if you’re into that sort of thing.“

“I had Taro and tasted different - basically weird with crumbs. I have let owner know. She was very good and explained how they make it and why it tasted that way. They use fresh Taro and not power as other places.

“Really great concept for a smoothie bowl! I was happy to see this location was different from anything I had seen previously in that we could pick and toppings like a Subway. It was great seeing all the fresh fruit options as wells as other toppings (flax seeds, almonds, honey, agave, dried fruits etc etc) The young lady behind the counter in the morning of Memorial day was so great with all of her customers. I really enjoyed her patience and explanation of all the combinations.

I ordered the acai as my base and it was great. It wasn't overly sugar-filled like other smoothie bowl places. I truly enjoyed the flavors, texture, and ripeness of the fruit.“

“I been to many Smoothie King but this one was special! Ms. Monique Lee and her daughter Valencia was the sweetest people you would ever want to meet. Their customer service was tops. Ms. Monique ran the store as if it was hers. Every holiday she would decorate. I'm sorry that she's no longer working there, we will not have a Christmas tree and that store. I went by Smoothie King and I got to the door and looked in and I could tell she wasn't there because her spirit had left that place. I know I will no longer be going back to that Smoothie King. “I’d been craving authentic traditional Banh mi for several weeks. On 9/10/24, I was shopping in a different area than I live or work. I Googled and Yelped Vietnamese food in the area. Banh Mi Cafe had high ratings on both platforms and the photos on both platforms revealed a place that didn’t look overly “commercial”. I knew I was going out on a limb ordering at a new (to me) Vietnamese restaurant in the midst of a craving. It’s almost like stacking the deck against the restaurant. But, that day logic was overwhelmed by the craving and I was willing to take the risk. First good sign - when I arrived, prior to dinner but well after lunch, there were a couple of families dining in, and someone getting take out. Second good sign- The atmosphere as depicted in the pictures felt very homey and service provided was pleasant and courteous. The ultimate sign - my take out order was the Banh Mi Dac Biet, Banh Mi Thit Nuong, Banh Mi Tom Nuong, and Pho Dac Biet. Banh Mi Cafe not only satisfied my craving for authentic Vietnamese it exceeded my expectations. The food was flavorful and bright. After we finished our meal, my husband said, “this is so good, I can eat this every week!”“
