“First time eating at Super Chix -- it was awesome! The menu has a good amount of variety for a chicken-centric place. The nice lady at the register recommended the buffalo ranch sandwich. While I enjoyed it, the flavor was a bit one-note (salt-forward), but that is to be expected with a fried buffalo-tossed breast and ranch. Next time I'd rather have something with more depth, and some veggies (LTOP). That being said, the quality of the chicken was great, and the fries were top-shelf, and dealt in a very generous portion. My wife loved her tenders, and the fried pickles were great too!

“Went because we moved and this location is closer than the og. The food and service were definitely on par but the patio proximity to the road and associated road noise made sitting outside not as nice as the other locations. If you're sitting inside it's cute tho.“

“I recently came here for a meal , and wow! Can I just say that? Because this place is phenomenal!! The food was great, the wait time non-existent. I had the 5 cheese zeti and wow it was yum! The chicken gnocchi soup was to die for!! My server Mari was great, he kept checking to make sure we’re okay, he brought us bread consistently and had a great smile! He is amazing!! Will definitely be coming back again for his service. If I wasn’t a first year college student he’d be getting $100 in tips, thank you Olive Garden Kennesaw!“

“I ordered a pizza via the Newk's app at 4:32 PM, and it was projected to be ready by 4:42 PM. I made it to the restaurant at about 4:41 PM. The gentleman in the to-go failed to acknowledge my presence for almost 10 minutes, but he somehow managed to wait on 3 other ladies that entered the restaurant AFTER I did. I finally got irritated, because I didn't notice anyone working on my pizza in the kitchen nor had the gentleman in the to-go asked me about my order, so I went to the register and inquired about my Spicy Shrimp pizza. He grabbed the print out of my order off the order printing station AFTER he failed to acknowledge me for nearly 10 minutes (4:52 PM). By then, I'd been waiting 20 minutes from the time that I placed my order via the Newk's app (4:32 PM). He placed the print out of my order on the shelf for someone to finally make my Spicy Shrimp pizza. I waited another 10 minutes for them to make and bake my pizza, so I did not leave the restaurant with my food in hand until about 5:01 PM. I waited almost 30 minutes for an order that was placed via the Newk's app. I intentionally ordered ahead via the app, so that I did not have to wait for my order to made at the restaurant. I'm not at all pleased with the lack of hospitality and poor customer service that I received!“

“Excellent experience. Order was placed online and ready when I arrived. The great thing about this place is that there are separate lines for dine in and pick up. Having that avoids delays for both staff and customers. The chicken poblano soup is delicious.“

My food was piping hot, and my sandwich had a slight perfume taste to it.
I know they share tables in the mall. Hopefully, they change them. Some of the tables need repairing or replacing them. Good service overall

“Have the soup and salad combo with the chicken salad on sourdough with Mexican corn chowder (which is a little spicy), I actually prefer the broccoli cheese soup and plan on going back to that as my favorite for my next visit. They have yummy pastries too but I only eat them when I'm not having a meal because when they taste that good, you know it's gotta be high in calories.“

“My order is right 99.9%% of the time and when it's not they provide an immediate coupon for the item in my app. Even if the lines are wrapped around the building they are pretty efficient! Plus this owner gives various coupons for free food or free delivery often. The food is always great too🥰“
