“I ordered a pizza via the Newk's app at 4:32 PM, and it was projected to be ready by 4:42 PM. I made it to the restaurant at about 4:41 PM. The gentleman in the to-go failed to acknowledge my presence for almost 10 minutes, but he somehow managed to wait on 3 other ladies that entered the restaurant AFTER I did. I finally got irritated, because I didn't notice anyone working on my pizza in the kitchen nor had the gentleman in the to-go asked me about my order, so I went to the register and inquired about my Spicy Shrimp pizza. He grabbed the print out of my order off the order printing station AFTER he failed to acknowledge me for nearly 10 minutes (4:52 PM). By then, I'd been waiting 20 minutes from the time that I placed my order via the Newk's app (4:32 PM). He placed the print out of my order on the shelf for someone to finally make my Spicy Shrimp pizza. I waited another 10 minutes for them to make and bake my pizza, so I did not leave the restaurant with my food in hand until about 5:01 PM. I waited almost 30 minutes for an order that was placed via the Newk's app. I intentionally ordered ahead via the app, so that I did not have to wait for my order to made at the restaurant. I'm not at all pleased with the lack of hospitality and poor customer service that I received!“

“Great chicken salad!!! Never really liked chicken salad until I had theirs!!! Great selection!!! Fast service inside. Drive-thru is a little slower. Absolutely great customer service!! Very friendly and helpful!!

Parking: The location on 92's lot is smaller and somewhat hard to even get in the parking lot!“

“From the vibe, to the incredible service all the way to the phenomenal food. This is by far my favorite McCalister’s Deli. I ordered the Jalapeño Turkey crunch. But the cashier told me how to give it that extra punch! Order it Well done, and with extra chips inside. IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!! An explosion of all the flavors I need! I’m telling you guys, from start to finish. This McCalisters delivers the best service to the best food and even the most welcoming vibe! I’ve been to all the other locations within 50 miles. And they could all learn a thing or two from the Busbee location!“

“I haven’t eaten at Panera in while, primarily because it was getting a little pricey for me. Today after adding a side of avocado to my salad, and getting a bruised slice of avocado I was really disgusted. I was given another glop of avocado, but why serve less than desirable looking food? Can food service care about the attitudes of their servers and the quality of what is being served?“

“Been going to Zaxby’s since I was little and have always been a fan! My wife on the other hand hadn’t tried Zaxby’s before and she was blown away, this location hands down is the best Zaxby’s experience Ive had. Food was amazing, staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean and spacious! I don’t typically make reviews but after this experience it felt necessary. Highly recommend this location!!!“
