“Went because we moved and this location is closer than the og. The food and service were definitely on par but the patio proximity to the road and associated road noise made sitting outside not as nice as the other locations. If you're sitting inside it's cute tho.“

“I ordered a pizza via the Newk's app at 4:32 PM, and it was projected to be ready by 4:42 PM. I made it to the restaurant at about 4:41 PM. The gentleman in the to-go failed to acknowledge my presence for almost 10 minutes, but he somehow managed to wait on 3 other ladies that entered the restaurant AFTER I did. I finally got irritated, because I didn't notice anyone working on my pizza in the kitchen nor had the gentleman in the to-go asked me about my order, so I went to the register and inquired about my Spicy Shrimp pizza. He grabbed the print out of my order off the order printing station AFTER he failed to acknowledge me for nearly 10 minutes (4:52 PM). By then, I'd been waiting 20 minutes from the time that I placed my order via the Newk's app (4:32 PM). He placed the print out of my order on the shelf for someone to finally make my Spicy Shrimp pizza. I waited another 10 minutes for them to make and bake my pizza, so I did not leave the restaurant with my food in hand until about 5:01 PM. I waited almost 30 minutes for an order that was placed via the Newk's app. I intentionally ordered ahead via the app, so that I did not have to wait for my order to made at the restaurant. I'm not at all pleased with the lack of hospitality and poor customer service that I received!“

Parking: The location on 92's lot is smaller and somewhat hard to even get in the parking lot!“

“What a great location! Perfect food and very clean! Especially noticed how awesome Landon White was in serving our family and helping us with a potato order to make sure it was perfect. Landon is great at service and care of the entire restaurant and we really enjoyed his professionalism and service!“

“As a KSU student who prefers to do schoolwork away from home, this is a regular spot for me. Gets busier and tends to be a bit louder during the lunch hour, but a great place to work with a laptop. I don't typically eat full meals here, as the menu is not very attractive to me, as well as pricey, but sometimes treat myself to a pastry along with a drink. When I have had a meal, the food is average. A good study spot if that's your kind of thing, and will often see other students doing the same.“

“As someone who grew up in Michigan and was raised on Domino's and Little Caesars pizza, Marco's is my new favorite chain pizza! It was awesome! Thank you for a great experience. We had a Hawaiian Chicken, Hawaiian Chicken (no Chicken-double ham) and an All Meat.“

“I'm amazed at how this Zaxby's separates itself from many of the other locations. I ordered my usual Zensation Salad and it was very, very good. All of the toppings were portioned correctly. The grilled chicken was chopped into small pieces and mixed in well so that you have chicken as well as the other ingredients in every bite. The coleslaw was a bit creamy, unlike the dry cabbage you get at other locations. When someone takes the time to prepare a salad this way, it makes all the difference in the world. Staff was friendly and the restaurant clean. They have a 100 on the health score, which isn't all that common with fast food restaurants. Even the background music (which was Christian Rock) beats some of the loud, obnoxious stuff you hear at other places. Two thumbs up!!!“
