“I went to Baby Al’s today after going to the new Portillos in Georgia. There’s no comparison. Baby Al’s has Portillos beat hands hands down. I had the Italian beef, it was perfect.“

“If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

“I had such a great experience at this Pizza Hut! The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, and everything came out fresh and delicious. The pizza was hot and perfectly made, and the wings were SO good!

A special shoutout to the General Manager, Stephan, for providing such excellent customer service. You can definitely tell when a location is being managed by someone who cares about the customers and the quality of the food.

“Giving 5 stars so may be this review comes on top and may be owner can take some action.Kids at Cashiers are useless. They do not want to work. I’ve called almost 50 times but never answered call.And this time I called from parking lot to see if their phone is working or not!! Luckily kid answered and said “umm sorry but we’re closed.” At 8 pm (closing time 8:30pm) If you’re never gonna be open on your listed hours on google than may be update it so people won’t waste their time.Fix your employees, your business will improve.“

“This McDonald’s location is honestly one of the nicest I’ve seen. It’s very clean, recently renovated, and even has a really nice outdoor seating area, which made the visit more enjoyable.

That said, the service inside didn’t match the quality of the space. I ended up waiting quite a while just for fries to be packaged, and during that time I noticed a few other customers having issues with their orders as well. The staff didn’t seem rude, but they did come across as a bit distracted and not very organized.

It was also uncomfortable because the AC didn’t seem to be working in the kids’ play area or in the back seating section of the restaurant.

It was surprising because the drive-thru seemed to be moving much faster than the front counter. Next time, I’ll probably order through the drive-thru and then come inside if I want to sit down, just to avoid the wait.

Overall, great environment, but the in-store service could definitely be more efficient.“

“Alexis handles that line like it’s nobody’s business! She’s great with all the customers (myself and the ppl I heard her talking to that came before and after me). She makes great recommendations without having the customer feel like they’re being upsold. Also the food at Firehouse is always better and more fresh than a lot of sub places if you ask me.“
