“Absolutely wonderful experience with the Lindale Subway!! Will definitely use them again! I ordered 36 individual boxed lunches for my daughter's volleyball team, they packaged it 100% correct, added all condiments in each box, and even wrote the players names on the boxes for me as I special requested!! My order was ready to go when I arrived. The staff was really nice and great to work with.

“It was my first time there food is amazing my only complaint is for the milk shakes didnt seem like milk shakes it was more like ice cream in a cup you cant drink it out of the straw that well but the milkshake/ice cream tasted perfectly amazing i would just suggest serving it with a spoon instead of with a straw that's basically an unusable straw and a waste of straws in my opinion not unless you get thick straws specifically for thick milkshakes its great that they have spoons to get it if you need it but I think things would run more smoothly if they were just served with the spoons and you would not have the straws go to waste on a straw that doesnt work everything else its amazing I love the food here I'll definitely be back“

“First time back since the reopening. Always loved the breakfast and today was no exception. The front cashier was helpful in directing me to where my pickup order was. Was ready in under 5 minutes. Hot and fresh and ready to go. I will be comming back more often!

It was busy because it was 7:30 and of course a lot of people are in a rush at that time. The manager took over the window and started to help. He apologized about the wait and seemed really sincere. But 3 weeks ago I had chicken from Bojangles - Absolutely the best chicken breast I've ever eaten. If you haven't been lately, let me tell you, you're missing out!“

Here is how my latest Wendy’s run went down:
* The Banana Frosty: This is absolutely delicious. Creamy, sweet, and worth the trip alone.
* The Savior of the Day: A huge shoutout to the employee, Chase. I had a total brain-fade and accidentally ordered my 4-year-old niece a burger instead of her nuggets (which is a fast-track to a toddler crisis). Chase was incredibly helpful, fast, and saved me from an epic meltdown.
* The Store: This location is consistently super clean and the service is always lightning-fast.
The Fry Grievance (and a cheesy hope):
The only real downside is the fries. Why are they almost never fresh? It seems to be a universal thing at all Wendy’s locations. On a side note, I really hope they still have that queso cheese available—smothering them in cheese is the perfect way to save them.
Overall, a solid 4/5 stars. Chase is a legend, the Banana Frosty rules, and my new Minion looks great on my desk!“

“Ok so I really like breakfast from Jack's. I usually get the Deluxe platter with steak. This morning, my box was a complete mess! It still tasted good but someone needs to figure out a better way to package this. I'm not able to pick it up myself in the morning so I must opt for delivery. Its not necessarily the store's fault this happened BUT if it had been packahed better...it wouldn't have happened.“

“Of the 2 locations in city limits this is the 1 I'd suggest you go to. But I placed a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before I got there. Had to add stuff to my order. Went inside and got the extra stuff but waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order. Idk what happened, but the service has dipped dramatically over the past few months“

“The food is great. The milkshakes are sinful. The staff is great. Wait time is very good especially for the food quality. My only complaint is the order kiosks. I liked the old style diner feeling that it had when you interacted with actual people. It's still a great place to dine in or drive thru.“

“Really good Southern food for a good price. 2pieces of delicious fried chicken and 2 vegetables (not just French fries) plus biscuit for under $10. The people were polite and you can substitute things without additional cost. I call that a GOOD deal!“

“I don't know the girls name but she was working register about 5pm yesterday, we had just left the hospital with my mom, anyway, my dad was paying her for our food and he thought he had just given her a 20 but turned out It was 40 they stuck together and he didn't know it, she actually gave him back the other 20, now, we would have never knew that there was even an extra 20 there, so thank you young lady for doing that . “Went to Jersey Mike’s Rome Ga. super busy, but everyone was cool, efficient and friendly. Gave my order and the lady in front of me was taking FOREVER customizing two sandwiches. I sat to the side and waited. My 2 Phillies were done super fast, young guy came around the counter to hand them to me personally. I was almost home when I realized I hadn’t paid. I’m no mooch, so I called the store and asked to pay over the phone. The young guy who helped me took the call, refused to accept payment and thanked me for calling, said it was their fault ( y’all it wasn’t- like I said, place was crazy busy). Sandwiches were top notch as well. Great folks, monster good sandwiches in Rome Ga. 100% recommend.“

I thought they were cooking the fries but nothing I received was hot, so why make me pull over and wait. They are becoming like Krystals just not hot or warm when the food finally comes out.“

“Friendly service, fast. Clean but pretty small and confined eating space- not an issue for me, since I always take it to go, but I wouldn't meet there for a business lunch. Honors coupons, which a lot of subways (especially the ones in Walmart) try to snake out of.“

“PSA: My five stars are only for the actual humans working there. They were FANTASTIC AND DESERVE A RAISE.

Whoever decided to use AI instead of an actual person to take orders, please find God and ask for His forgiveness, because I'm not giving it to you. The AI took forever to respond when I went to order and kept trying to upsell me on products I did not request and seemingly did not want to take no for an answer. Its confirmation process took a while too, a regular human would've been much more efficient and lessened my drive thru time. I noticed the other restaurants near this Taco Bell (who presumably don't use AI) managed their drive thrus much faster for a busy Friday night.

I am not discouraging people from this Taco Bell, again the actual workers were great and were keeping up with the work without issues. The drive thru that I was stuck in for over 20 (!) minutes seemed to be the fault of this slow and inefficient use of AI.

Please hire actual humans and pay them a living wage.“

“I've had maybe a handful of items off by one burger ingredient or something very small scale. And those times were very far apart. The main crew members I've seen working there for a while now, they are very respectful and dedicated. They always make sure I feel specially taken care of. They know me and my kids by now so they always make sure to put extra napkins in my bag when they see us coming.“

I used to be a BK manager and would have loved to had 20 of her on my staff! I had a large order and everything was fresh and correct. Very refreshing to receive service like this these days.“

“The service was top notch, hands down, A1!! I placed the order and they quoted me 15 minutes till it was done. It took me about 8 to 10 minutes to get there and when I walked up to the counter she handed me the boxes of pizza. Now that is fast! The pizza was also handed to me with a smile and staff was very polite. The pizza was a bit undercooked for me, but my family loved their Pizza. So all in all, that's why I'm giving Papa John's 4 stars.“

Not only did the General Manager call me to resolve the issue, he offered a replacement meal for the problems experienced. Jaelyn (I apologize for misspelling his name) and Caesar both took care of my problem and validated my perspective on the experience. This is how customer service should be, and I appreciate their understanding in the matter.“

“We loved it!We aren’t American so have never had anything like that before and when I tried to get the server to explain the different options she was less than helpful but putting that aside the pretzels and caramel sauce were amazing and we will definitely be returning.
