“This location is one of the roomier Starbucks I've been to. Sitting area is reminiscent of the local cosy coffee shop. A little alcove is perfect for study group and there's a larger table great for collaborative workspace. Nice fireplace provides an intimate feel in the larger space. Overall it's a well appointed space. Coffee order was on point.“

“Came to Chattanooga last year, stopped by for a latte and iced coffee marked them down as a must have when in the area. Fast forward to this year I had a bag of coffee shipped to me, I must say I once again am pleased with the quality. I would enjoy a sample pack if that's something you would put together one day; nevertheless, I'll be ordering again once this bag is gone. Thank you for the attention to quality!“

“We came in and there was a 40 minute wait, however the sweet girl offered us a spot at the bar and we took it because we needed coffee bad. 😃 We were served immediately and placed our order. The food was delicious but the people were amazing. Mattson and Emily took excellent care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversation with them about things to do in the area. If you are offered a seat at the bar take it! 10/10 recommend! To the manager, I hope you know you have a great staff, which is rare these days. We had just left another restaurant (A.F.) because the guy behind the bar was so rude to us and our server. We walked out of there and into “Milk and Honey”. Thank you Mattson and Emily!“

“I have been traveling to Chattanooga for work over the summer. Really enjoy when I get to hit be caffeinated. Some mornings I have to be at work before the breakfast at the hotel opens up. Yesterday for my afternoon coffee I grabbed some of the spinach egg bites with the intention of eating them for breakfast this morning. I've had lots of egg bites lots of different places and some are okay some are awful. But even reheated in the microwave this morning these things were delicious pillows of goodness to the point that I felt obligated to make a review. I wouldn't complain if you gave me access to the recipe so I could experience the magic when I'm not in town. I'm thankful to all the kind Baristas that I've run into. And your espresso is good and Rich and not too bitter like some other places I've experienced here in Chattanooga.“

“Absolutely great place to get coffee! This shop is located inside of a hotel but still is great small coffee shop to go to. The barista there was testing different ways of making coffee and giving it the tests to customers to try. Also asked me a few more questions than usual to try and find a latte that would suit me. The atmosphere isn’t the best compared to others but the location and coffee are incomparable to a lot of cafes I have been to.“

“I have been coming to Chattanooga every year for 15 years since my grandma lives here and we recently discovered Chattz last November on our trip and we now make it a must have every morning of our trip! We had the Eleanor Raspberry which was delish and got my toddler a slushy lemonade with strawberry 🍓 and it was so yum also, he drank it until the last drop! “This is a locally owned drive-thru only coffee shop. You have to be very careful when driving in because it is counterintuitive and you can easily end up going the wrong way. You do not order at the speaker but pull to the window to order. I got a hazelnut bliss and it was amazing. The service was friendly with good eye contact, knowledgeable about the products and articulate. However the interaction felt very rushed even though there was no one in line. This would have been five stars if the person had been more conversational and the signage for navigating the drive-thru had been clear. But really like the coffee and will certainly be back.“

I was running a store around the corner, and had someone pick the drink up for me and I could not return it because I was working at the store alone. I couldn’t leave. “Went early on a Saturday just after 8pm opening, not a smoker and hoped to beat the fog bank that can develop with multiple smokers, cover was around $10 and one drink purchase, I don't do alcohol and opted for a coke zero, it was flat and owner/manager heard and replaced with no problems, the bar tender/cashier Dahlia was a cute petite lady and does dance as well and I got what was a nice private room dance but despite enjoying myself I guess she didn't because as soon as the song ended she had her crocs on and was out the room, I was going to get a few more songs but didn't get a chance to ask, had a beautiful lady Trixie talk and enjoy some small talk with her got several dances from her and she was wonderful, had a dance from a couple other women and enjoyed them as well. As the name indicates it is a bikini bar so all dancers were covered with bikinis, no nudity but I still had a nice time. There were about 8 to 12 different dancers and a wide assortment from petite little treats, bbw, small breasts and large, 5' to close to 6' tall. Will be back.“

“Couldn’t be a better coffee shop. I’m watching my caffeine, I know maybe a coffee shop isn’t the best bet for that, so I asked if they could make me an hibiscus tea latte. They said their hibiscus tea came pre-prepared and was for iced drinks. I gave them a tea bag I brought with me and they said no problem. I didn’t invent the hibiscus tea latte, but I think it was a first for them. Excellent cup of hibiscus latte and you couldn’t ask for more accommodating service. Who goes to a coffee shop with their own tea bag? 100% will always recommend the Mean Mug. No place better…“

“Grungy vegan spot with amazing food that feels like your grandparents from the south walked out the kitchen with it after pouring love galore into it.
Highly recommend this spot! And prices are very reasonable. We got the diamonds and rust place which has their infamous seitan and it was filling, nutritious and delicious.
Also the service was so down to earth and excellent.“

“I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.“

Rob, Erin, Natalie, Haley, and the rest of the crew are always friendly. When they see my car pull up, they get my order ready. They are always engaging, asking me how my week is going. They really start my day off right.“

“Good Morning! Normally I just go through the drive through but today I decided to go inside to pickup my mobile order and I am so glad I did. Everyone should go inside every once in a while to see what is actually happening to make everything come out of that window. There were 7 employees that I could see, constantly moving and creating. They all worked like a well oiled machine and I never once saw one of them standing still while I waited for my order. During these times where places such as this are typically short staffed and exhausted I feel like this situation should be absolutely commended because they not only were they actively working, they were friendly and accurate and communicative with the customers and each other. I truly hope this reaches someone who can appreciate their amazing efforts and thank them for being there as well as praise them. Thanks for a great morning experience!“

“My wife and I had dinner at Los Potros and decided to take walk around and look at the Christmas decorations afterwards, then we saw it...Droop Scoops, neon signs that said "coffee" and one that said "ice cream"...what's not to like about that right? We walk in and it's like you're just instantly comfortable, very nice ambience and friendly staff. We shared a banana split that was fantastic. We will definitely be back. 👍👍“
