This review is based on my experience from June 2008, my first and only time here. Three to-go plates of wings with corn on the cob were ordered. I ate where I resided at the time. There I noticed that the wings were small, somewhat decent but left me a bit disappointed because of the brand's commercials showed better-looking food than my order. My husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and did not get our food till nearly 1 hour after ordering which would be understandable if they were busy but they were not. The server brought the wrong bear for my husband and when I asked to speak to the manager, the server stated he would be to us shortly and I have yet to see a manager while waiting and writing this review (it has been 20minutes). The employees here seem to not take their job serious or prioritize customer satisfaction....read full review
