“During a spur of the moment trip to Covington we had to make time for a meal at Mystic Grill. Our server Savannah was attentive and welcoming during the busy lunch rush. We can't wait to return to Covington and might make the two hour trip just for the Chicken Sliders at Mystic Grill, they were that good!“

Despite this particular Waffle House not being our absolute favorite, Brenda's dedication and attentiveness made it a close second in our book. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable.Brenda's genuine care for her customers was evident throughout our meal. She took the time to engage with us, making us feel not just like patrons, but valued guests. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. “Third shift weekend is a chill shift very nice people sweet tea is good food is good no complaints honestly the whole shift should get a raise because 2 dollars an hour is not enough at all especially for all the work that they do thank you third shift weekend Waffle House great experience“

“Went in with a party of 8. Waitress was really nice and went. Out of her way to get us started. Food took a while to come but they were pretty busy. It was around 8 pm on a Saturday. Refills were slow at first but over all decent and food was good. However my husband said his steak wasn't hot.

Wheelchair accessibility: No problems with seating with wheelchair. A little tight get too tables. Did not check out the bathrooms.“

“Seated immediately. Our waitress was super sweet and funny. Our food was ok. We had steak and eggs. It did not come out warm enough for my liking. The manager walked around interacting with the staff and guests. That's rare these days.“

“My daughter and I ordered the half rack baby back ribs combo. It was far from a half rack. More like a quarter rack. Don't know if it measured by corporate or manager. I have always enjoyed my previous visits, but not this time. For $25 I could have prepared a full rack with the same sides. Totally felt it was false advertisement.....You obviously didn't read my full review, it was NOT a pleasant experience

“It's Applebee's... and we all know what that means... and I've eaten at many of them in my life... heck I've eaten at this one several times to varying degrees of satisfaction... this time I got Savanah as a server and she is sweet and kind to everyone! We watched her oggle a baby and settle it down which was sweet! She was friendly to my gf and I and offered several suggestions for food and drink and was very attentive over the course of our date! Places like this are cookie cutter experiences so it's people like Savanah that make the difference and make customers want to come back!!!“

“It's American Deli. you know what to expect it to be so that's what you get. Food is served hot, the drinks are always on tap. Sauces on the side. Usually the cashier is ready to take the order. No complaints. Get your food and bounce.

Parking: Find a spot and don't slow down the lot just because you want to be closest. Park where you can and get inside safely to place your order. Don't make it complicated.“
