“This is the best Chick-fil-a I have been to in the metro Atlanta area. The woman’s bathroom was equipped with mouthwash and complimentary tampons. The manager was so kind and pleasant. This place goes above and beyond. It will be my pleasure to drive further to come to this location.“

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I’ve been here a handful of times since it opened, and I’ve only received great sandwich’s . The fries and the number one combo are always hot, fresh, and straight out of the fryer. Every time I come home from college, this is the Chick-fil-A I make sure to visit.“

“I visited November 15th with my handicapped nephew. The staff's attention to details was excellent. The manager helped with our drinks and the food was delivered to our table quickly. The servers made sure we had had everything we needed and cleared our table in a timely manner. One server greeted my nephew and gave him a fist bump. The love of Christ was shown to us from the minute we walked in to our departure. Thank you!“

“Solid service as always. Would say the deal they’re running on cookies with CHOA is great, except after I told the server I don’t like the Chick-fil-A cookies he still proceeded to tell me about them. Takes up unnecessary time in the drive through lanes for the customers and business. Otherwise, food and service was good.“
“Went today, and David was the epitome of Chick-fil-A service!!! From the minute he took my order, to in between customers, he genuinely cared. Great job.
That being said; I just got home and opened my sandwich; it’s cold, the chickens is tiny, and didn’t even have a pickle. I’m sad to have to change my rating from 5 to 3, but it happens. Going to call and see if they’ll fix it.“
“Great location off of East Piedmont road. Easy to walk to if you’re less than 30 minutes away.
Service, as per usual, is always impeccable. I put the order in less than 10 minutes away and i didn’t wait more than 2 mins. A bit small inside but still good enough to sit with friends.
All the people who work here (outside and indoors) were all super friendly. It was my definitely MY pleasure to order here.“
“Overall chick-fil-a is always a safe choice to go to, you almost always know exactly what you're going to get when you go, whether it's good quality or serivce. Since it's a campus chick-fil-a you can't use the Chick-fil-a app and because of covid they only allow orders through GrubHub which charges fees making it quite a bit more expensive if you go there often as usually I get a 60¢+ fee with my $4.30 sandwich.The main reason I give this chick-fil-a 4 stars though is since they changed to only pickup some of the staff, seem new compared to previous semesters, and they arent nearly as polite as chick-fil-a normally is, they usually just hand the food and turn around and go about their business and don't say anything, even when I thank them and I always have to make sure they include the sauces I asked for on the app because some don't give any or napkins.Overall this chick-fil-a definitely isn't bad but it seems like some employees are slacking compared to the chick-fil-a standard most are accustomed to and the GrubHub fees are annoying because it's required to order now.“
“Never did I ever think I would be writing a review for Chick-fil-A but we had such an amazing experience, we very rarely dine in but we had time to kill and were treated with 5 star service, I think her name was Dena, young African American woman made our experience so incredible, would come back and dine in just to see her! 10/10!!!
