Dunkin' Donuts in Marietta

“One of the very few disappointing things about this restaurant is the consistently gross- tasting hash browns. I am assuming that the taste is caused by the oil that they are fried in. I have tried a few times, but have never been pleased with the hash browns. Hopefully, one day, they will learn how to make good ones.“

“This location is great, they even stepped up and went above and beyond for my pregnant girlfriend after another location dropped the ball!

Another location (NEVER go to the one on Bell's Ferry) tried to give my pregnant girlfriend a regular caffeine latte, when she had ordered decaf (cause she is pregnant). Tried to argue with her when she said she ordered decaf, then gave her a "new" one that ended up tasting like it had EXTRA espresso in it.

My girlfriend then went to this location, here on Canton Road, and they replaced her drink that other, trash location gave her, so she finally got the pregnancy-safe decaf she had ordered in the first place.

This location will not only get more of our business, but the business of friends and family as well, as we will be telling everyone we know how good this location is.“

“I made a mistake and place my order at the wrong Dunkin I was on my way to work and could not make any more stops. Michelle was so accommodating she reached out to her manager to see if I can get the order canceled and we ordered somewhere elseShe even offered to bring it to me she went above and beyond and her manager was able to get my order placed This was one of the best experiences I had at Dunkin“

“Service was prompt and friendly. Family of 5 for the Baskin Robin's ice cream treat of the night. Everything was great. The floor had some straw rappers and food crumbs, but it was ok. It didn't look dirty. It just needed a sweep.“

“JoJo was nice and attentive! I am a regular at Dunkin. I came and got my coffee went home and knocked it over! 2 bath towels, some resolve and it was clean! But alas no coffee! I need my caffeine! I’m a single momma working 60hrs! Came back and JOJO treated me with great customer service and kindness and got me some caffeine! Thanks Jojo!“

“Kylie deserves a raise. She was so nice and made the best donut I ever tasted. I came here for the last 2 days it was really bad service. When she was here it made my day better and it was really good service. Please Dunkin’ Donuts give her a big raise and thanks you.“

“I rarely stop inside this establishment but today I did. This particular location feels homey inside. I like how the donuts are displayed behind a glass cabinet where it's tagged and you see which is which. The whole establishment seems well organized.“

“Went at about 6:30am, the staff was nice and fast with their orders, the inside and drive thru weren't all that busy, just a handful of people, and the food and drinks are really good. Would definitely return for the egg and cheese wraps and their Sparkd Energy drinks!!

Vegetarian options: Since there's the donuts, overall there's a large amount of meatless foods. Luckily, for non donut items, that still have a variety of things to choose from and since it seems like the food is prepackaged, you're able to customize your order with minimal cross contamination, whether it be for dietary preferences or allergies.

Parking: Pretty good parking tho if drive thru is packed or there's a delivery truck, it might take a bit to get to the designated parking areas. I haven't gone when they were super busy, especially for parking/going inside, so I don't know if parking could be a possible issue with trying to wait for a spot but with all the times I've gone, I haven't encountered any issues.“

“I have 2 young boys. After picking them up from school on Wednesdays my wife and I take them here to get them some donut holes and a couple of lattes for us. Sometimes we get some ice cream as well. We look forward to Wednesdays. The staff is great and remember our order so it's a smooth experience. See ya'll Wednesday!!!

Edit: Haven't been here in a while. The place has had a makeover, no more ice-cream ?. Different staff but still great service. Will definitely be back soon.“

“I have been going to this dunkin just about every single morning for the past couple weeks and they are so great at what they do tbh yes things take time but when has anyone been to a coffee shop in the morning and expect it not to be busy ? That’s just ridiculous think about how much room they have behind there to work? Not the best setting for how busy they get but the leadership there is amazing in my opinion. They just keep things flowing the best they can just like all of us at work when things gets jammed up, to see the negative comments on this review page is insane. It’s just people of east Cobb believe they deserve everything they desire and that’s just not and it’ll never be that ( talking about the women complaining about her whip cream) Thank y’all for always getting me every morning !!!“

“i have been coming here for just about 2 years now and everytime i would come in the inside would be so clean and someone would clean the lobby every 10-20 minutes! my drink was given to me when i was still paying and as soon as i was done paying my food was done as well! the employees are always so nice when i come in ! i highly recommend this dunkin!“
