Dunkin' Donuts in Marietta

“One of the very few disappointing things about this restaurant is the consistently gross- tasting hash browns. I am assuming that the taste is caused by the oil that they are fried in. I have tried a few times, but have never been pleased with the hash browns. Hopefully, one day, they will learn how to make good ones.“

“Paula was very attentive to my request when ordering a coffee for delivery and didn’t find the drink I was looking for on the app. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. In this economy, with staffing issues being widespread in the fast food/drink industry, I commend this location for their service and speed. Thank you!“

“Went at about 6:30am, the staff was nice and fast with their orders, the inside and drive thru weren't all that busy, just a handful of people, and the food and drinks are really good. Would definitely return for the egg and cheese wraps and their Sparkd Energy drinks!!

Vegetarian options: Since there's the donuts, overall there's a large amount of meatless foods. Luckily, for non donut items, that still have a variety of things to choose from and since it seems like the food is prepackaged, you're able to customize your order with minimal cross contamination, whether it be for dietary preferences or allergies.

Parking: Pretty good parking tho if drive thru is packed or there's a delivery truck, it might take a bit to get to the designated parking areas. I haven't gone when they were super busy, especially for parking/going inside, so I don't know if parking could be a possible issue with trying to wait for a spot but with all the times I've gone, I haven't encountered any issues.“

“I'm what you can say is a regular here. Almost every morning I stop by to get my morning ced coffee and I'm greeted by two amazing and friendly team members April and Briana.They alway have my order ready and waiting for me to walk through the door. Definitely try this location for it is the best in the area.“

“This location is great, they even stepped up and went above and beyond for my pregnant girlfriend after another location dropped the ball!

Another location (NEVER go to the one on Bell's Ferry) tried to give my pregnant girlfriend a regular caffeine latte, when she had ordered decaf (cause she is pregnant). Tried to argue with her when she said she ordered decaf, then gave her a "new" one that ended up tasting like it had EXTRA espresso in it.

My girlfriend then went to this location, here on Canton Road, and they replaced her drink that other, trash location gave her, so she finally got the pregnancy-safe decaf she had ordered in the first place.

This location will not only get more of our business, but the business of friends and family as well, as we will be telling everyone we know how good this location is.“

“I usually use the drive-thru but once in a while, I do come inside the establishment, like today, for instance. I like the setup. Very organized. Especially the donut counter. It's well placed with window and tags. It's not the same as the other Dunkin stores I've been in. This one has a unique atmosphere. 😊

“This is a very small store, but the customer service was good. The food is not fresh (premade) The donuts are not as fresh as they were years ago. The Avocado toast is the best food item there in my opinion. This particular day I went to drive thru. They did not give me cold foam for which I asked for extra. I had to go inside and the fixed it with no problem!“

“Good day distinguished doughnut enjoyers, this dunkin with their signiture dunkin doughnuts is dunkin doing it, chefin like Steph Curry. A better analogy would be Shaq but Curry had a better ring to it. None the less the employees are the Lakers of the Dunkin world and that makes Brad LeBron James and India D'Angelo Russel.“

“I rarely stop inside this establishment but today I did. This particular location feels homey inside. I like how the donuts are displayed behind a glass cabinet where it's tagged and you see which is which. The whole establishment seems well organized.“

“Service was prompt and friendly. Family of 5 for the Baskin Robin's ice cream treat of the night. Everything was great. The floor had some straw rappers and food crumbs, but it was ok. It didn't look dirty. It just needed a sweep.“

“I go to this location often, but my previous visit I tried their new energy drink and it did not disappoint for a person who love’s energy drinks. Customer service was wonderful and usually is, they move fairly quickly drive thru and dine in. This location does not disappoint.“

“This location is clean, the staff is super nice. The food has gone downhill, sometimes the egg is cold. The Avocado toast is surprisingly very good. The coffee is good especially their cold brew. The donuts are not as fresh as they use to be. I don't buy them.“
