“Traveling to Charleston through Augusta and needed that Popeyes zest so I stopped at the Popeyes the exit before This location and they were Slammed busy, so I rolled in to This location. One car in line ahead of me but when I ordered it was quick.. 5 piece tenders, fries, biscuit and tea. Got to the window, I payed, the lady smiled, said have a great day, handed me my order and I pulled away. The order was correct.. Hot and great!! I still Love That Chicken From Popeyes!!“

“Wife Savers recently catered an event for St Alban’s Episcopal Church. I was very pleased with the service from first contact with the staff to the actual delivery and set up of the food. The food was delivered hot and it was delicious. The guests were very complimentary of all of the dishes especially the mac and cheese. The amount of food was generous and reasonably priced. I would use them for catering again for good service and food and no hassle.“

“This place has always been in good standing with me but today I wanted to shout out Mary & the pretty young lady with red hair (didn’t catch her name). Mary was very kind and showed a high level of professionalism when she took my order over the phone. I called in to ask if they could bring my food out because I am 24 weeks pregnant and was experiencing a number of issues that didn’t allow me to get out of the car with my autistic toddler and the other young lady was able to accommodate me by taking my payment and bringing my order to me. It’s the little things that I appreciate about this establishment and their staff. Thank you!“

“The atmosphere feels a bit dark and unwelcoming, this definitely isn’t the chick fil a to go to for kids in terms of entertainment. The food was good, it came out with items missing but it was fixed with no issues. The front of house staff could have been more welcoming and inviting. There were little to no smiles and monotoned voices. However George engaged with us and our kids and gave them icecream. That made up for it all. Thank you George (I hope I got your name correct).“

“Chick-fil-a is the best! The food is amazing no matter which location! Spicy deluxe , regular deluxe and chicken tortilla soup and lemonade! The staff was amazing, it was 30mins away from closing, but the staff was very cheerful with our orders and all the ones that were coming after. The line for the drive thru was long at that time too. Very clean! Got my to go as well!!“

“Yesterday my kid was hungry. ONE hour before the parade had to start. I told her we could get a quick bit at Zaxbys. When we walked in almost PURE chaos. I was worried she wasn't got to get anything to eat. There were kids making a mess in the bathrooms, the ice was all over the place, long line and I was at the end of it. When we finally made it to the counter, my baby ordered and we waited. When her order was ready (which was quick) I went to get my drink NO ICE and NO COCA COLA! Which I didn't mind, it was pretty packed. The young lady was changing the syrup but she had to do 6 packs. I had a parade to go to. I was the driver of the float....ANYWAYS the entire staff was patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for all you do. We made it back just in time! Merry Christmas.“

“My first time here 3/18/25. The cashier Daisy was patient with me while ordering. She was knowledgeable about the choices of salads and able to help me select. I ordered the Jalapeno Holly (Slight kick but not overwhelming). The grape salad is a tad sweet for my taste but good. I went at about 20 mins to close & they delivered great customer service overall.“

“I did the drive thru over Christmas. The process was great, the food was very tasty, though a bit on the greasy side, and prices and service were fine. Kudos to Nyanza for assisting me and her manager (didn’t catch his name) who offered to help me clean up a large tea I spilled on my passenger side floor. “Today was a long day involving school shopping with my daughter & son. It was not the best experience, as my children decided to have disrespectful mouths & horrible attitudes on & off throughout the day. Once our shopping was completed we decided to find a Zaxbys & eat. We found the Zaxbys on Harper Franklin Ave & I believe it was fate. When we arrived my daughter was in a mood & I was ready to cry because my nerves were just shot. (I do want to state that my daughter was diagnosed with Autism & she's 8 years old). Before I knew it a young gentleman, an employee at Zaxbys, went over to my daughter & was talking with her & helping her to choose what she wanted to eat. He actually got her calmed down. It was such a relief. After helping with her he then went over to my son who had just happened to be very disrespectful to me & this young man came to the rescue again. He actually took it upon himself to talk to my son about how he was treating me. I was amazed! He was so great with my kids. I couldn't help but start crying at the cash register. Yall have got to understand how bad my nerves were by this point. It just wasn't a good day. We all have them. We all sat down & ate & I made sure to thank this gentleman & give him the biggest hug ever. Not to long after that I saw this gentlemen go over to the table my daughter decided to sit at & helped her clean her mess & then he went over to the table my son & his friend were sitting at & talked with them for a minute & they exchanged info for Fortnite. The gentlemen, who's name I just learned was David. He came back to the table again to check on my mother & I & of course I hugged him again & told him thank you.“

“Last Sunday I came to this Zaxby’s because my friend who was in the hospital wanted a salad. While I got one for them I decided I’ll get one for myself. Now I haven’t had Zaxby’s in quite a while, and I was questioning myself about getting this salad but I got it. Dang if that wasn’t the best dang blasted salad I had in a long time. I don’t know what to say but today, Sunday, March 12, I decided after church I’m going back there again to get me another salad and I sure hope it was as good as it was last week. Guess what? It is! I don’t know what y’all did in the last 3 or so years but dang it the Zaxby house zalad goes to the top of my list. I live in Hephzibah and as long as you keep making the zalad that good I’ll be back. See y’all next Sunday.“

“The food was great. Very hot & completely cooked.
Service, on the other hand, needs a bit of work. The staff was not very attentive to all customers & they mostly just conversed amongst themselves instead of handing customers. Because of that, the atmosphere wasn't as welcoming.
Their fried chicken is great though & the biscuits delicious“

“I’m so glad this is my closest Zaxby’s. I’ve been to the other Zaxby’s in the area but this one is the best. The service is always fast and friendly and my order is always accurate. Savannah made sure I had all my sauces and that my unsweetened tea was really unsweetened.“
