“Found this little gem of a place coincidentally, and we’re so lucky we did! We tried the brownie sundae and it was great. The brownies are really delicious. It was fresh, rich, and perfectly bake and the ice cream was soft, creamy, and absolutely delicious. A perfect combination and definitely worth a visit. Will be back to try more! 🍨🍫“

I love to have Bionicos, mix of fruits cover in a sweet milk mixture w shd coconut, granola, and rasins. Everything is yummy and there is one girl who is the nicest. Love it here“

“Alvin always provided outstanding customer service. Every time I visited, he greeted me with a smile and treated me with respect
and my wife had the same experience. It’s truly disappointing to hear that he was let go. I can only hope it was for a fair reason because Bruster’s lost someone who connected so well with the community. Five stars for Alvin, and credit to the rest of the team as well they do a great job. To whoever is managing the store: please continue guiding and supporting these young workers, because with the right leadership, they can really shine.“

“Food was great but sort of pricey. Service wasn’t the best though... the two girls working at the front seemed like they hate their job and the owner/manager definitely has an attitude. Kids were running around everywhere and screaming. Also, I understand the bathroom is for customers only, but having to beg the employees/manager for the key and then receiving an attitude, while several people were waiting to use the bathroom, was ridiculous. So yes I do recommend it for the food, but next time I would take it to go. Don’t recommend it for the terrible service though. La comida si esta bien rica pero todo esta caro. El servicio no fue el mejor porque las dos chicas que te atienden tienen la cara como si odiaran su trabajo. Y la dueña se cree mucho y te atiende como si te tiene asco o algo. Habia niños corriendo y gritando. Además, entiendo que el baño es solo para clientes pero eso de rogarles por la llave y luego recibir una actitud tan fea mientras varias personas querían usar el baño es ridiculo. Lo recomiendo solo por la comida, pero la próxima vez la llevaré para llevar porque el servicio es terrible.“
