“Besides having amazing coffee, their customer service is top tier, I'm a very indecisive person so definitely love how patient and helpful the staff is and for those that are working or trying to work on their health like myself they have plenty of sugar-free options.

“This is a 2 part review.
Part 1- The staff here is very friendly and pleasant. 4 stars for service. If drinks came out at the same time for a group, would give 5 stars.
Food availability is inconsistent. Went on a Saturday and all 5 of the items I would have ordered were not available. Still got coffee but had to grab breakfast at another establishment.
Part 2- Atmosphere- Gone are the comfortable seating options and partitions for more privacy that you usually find in a coffee house. Just one long area filled with tables and chairs. Probably a corporate decision since many of the Starbucks remodels look like this one. Not fair to the place I know but the atmosphere is not what it used to be to me because of the layout. No longer come here with a group of friends.“

“Went there this afternoon around six and I’ve been thinking about it all day. The barista that was there made me the BEST chai latte I have ever tasted in my life. I regularly travel between PTC, Atlanta, and Decatur, and this location is the best I’ve ever been to. Quality is and always has been great and consistent.“

“It's a new store. It will take them time to get a routine going smoothly. It was crowded on the inside and outside. I got my sandwich first, but had to wait awhile for my coffee. UMMUMMUMM WAS SO GOOD!! The sweet potato cobbler Excellent was nice and warm! I got the peach cobbler for my mom and mother in love and they both enjoyed it!! “This location has never gotten my order wrong. My only complaint would be that they were out of pineapple cake! Aside from that, the employee was very friendly and knew how to do his job and did it well!! The drive thru time is always efficient here as well!!“

“One of my favorite Starbucks! They always make me feel so special and welcomed. A lot of the staff greet by name/recognize me every time I visit whether it’s in the drive thru on inside. They hand deliver your order to your table if they’re not swarmed. Love this store!!!

“What I love most about this place is how customizable the bowls are. You can choose from a variety of toppings to make it exactly how you like it. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. They clearly take pride in their menu and making sure each bowl is made with care. I highly recommend giving the acai bowls at Sweet Tea Lounge a try. It's become a staple in my weekly routine!“
