“Absolute best service I’ve encountered. Great communication, very responsive and just absolute best customer service. We wanted to treat our FFA kids after long hot weeks of working their cows and a last minute decision to provide something for them on the last day of camp. I reached out on FB with less than 24 hours notice and had them booked for the next morning. The minimum was very reasonable and easily met with 30 kids. We will be using them in the future ♥️”

“Our Server was great. He was attentive and took good care of our time there. . Food was good steak, sweet potato and blue cheese dressing salad.
One Reception staffer was not great. Not service aligned. Seemed not interested in his job or customer service his hair was in his face and he was constantly moving it out of the way. Why wear a style that is constantly in your eyes and need if adjustment? Attention to detail is missing from a service perspective pick up trash in floor or a dropped fork under a table, don't sit the cleaning solution in front of me at the check in desk. They are almost there for a pleasant experience to make it really good. Need some staff mentoring and support”

“The waitress we had this morning was the best. She was on point and always made sure everything was okay and our drinks stayed filled. Very friendly. I had to give her props 1st as she did an amazing job. I am terrible with names and wish I remembered hers because she needs recognized. The food was delicious as well. You won't leave there hungry that's for sure.”

“Cook was awesome, food was delicious. Staff was great although needed more waitresses they did as best as they could being short handed. Maybe Management needs to be more aware of local events happening when scheduling wait staff.”

“I have visited a few times lately and this Cook Out is better than many in our area.

Faster service than others. I also didn't get blasted by a cloud of pot smoke out of the drive thru window like I have at other Cook Outs in Warner Robins, Macon, and McDonough. Huge plus!

Most of my food was cooked right, only one burger was burnt on the edges, something a lot of Cook Out locations have been having trouble with for a while now. All the sides have been cooked better than average too. At other locations they leave the cheese bites in the grease until they bust open and burn the cheese on the outside of the batter.

This place is better than many other Cook Outs in the area and is not far off from 5 stars!”
